Is it possible to add more user data?

Would it be possible to add more user information when creating users? Like their specific department (not the division level) or their corresponding ID in the CRM (since Qualtrics have different userID)?

Survey Dashboard - Map view?

Hi, I am looking to embed a map into some of our dashboards to understand teritorial feedback patterns. If you look at each survey response there is a map with GEO location coordinates. Is it possible to bring this into a dashboard? I have looked at the embedded data but can't seem to find the right option anywhere to display this successfully.

Exporting text comments from a dashboard into pdf

Hi, I want to verbatim responses in my dashboard on a pdf but when i do so only 4 to 5 comments that are visible on the dashboard at that point in time are exported while the rest are not. I then have to scroll down and keep exporting to export all the responses till i reach the bottom of the page. Is there an easier solution?

Custom metric issue, eg. A-B when A dosn't exist it returns a value of -B

Hi All,I have (or maybe now had) a problem with custom metrics. I am subtracting a field from another (eg. NPS - target). The targets are setup for each period for the whole year. As it's only September, the targets display for October, November and December but NPS is blank (it appears as a hyphen '-'), which is fine. the problem is that the custom metric that subtracts NPS from target still calculates so it's treating the blank '-' like a zero. I wondered how I could hide a custom metric if NPS was blank. Perhaps by some clever maths? My only slight thought is what if NPS is zero but let's not worry about that just yet!I managed to get this working by using this formula in the custom metric=(nps-target)-(nps/nps*0)This seems to work but as mentioned what if the NPS calulates to be 0. Putting in a fiddle factor (eg.+ 0.0000000000001) might work but I guess I'll have to wait for a zero NPS.Does anyone have any thoughts?ThanksRod Pestell

Datapoint filtering across pages on a dashboard

Can anyone help with enabling my dashboard to filter data across pages by clicking on a datapoint in any widget? I tried having all my data on one page as filtering only seems to work at page level but have now reached maximum widgets and I have to create another page!Many thanks

Multiple attributes / multiple choice as a filter

Hi guys, I somehow cannot figure out the solution. I have a bunch of respondents who will have several values in the same field in the contact list. For example, we want to ask people about their travel experience in the past year. we know that person A visited 5 countries, person B-3 countries and person C only 1. We store country names in the contact list, let's say that there are 300 respondents and a list of 50 countries in total. In the survey we want to ask the respondents set of questions about each of the visited countries separately, specifying the country in the question text. For example: Q1: Did you enjoy visiting "Country 1"? Q2: Did you go sightseeing in "Country 1"? Same set of questions for each of the country this person has visited according to our data. So Person A will see 5 sets of questions, person B-3 sets of questions and Person C-only 1. What is the best way to set it up keeping in mind that we would want to have a report/dashboard with the possibility to

CX Rewards: Sharing Good Surveys in Company

Hi All,Today, we have a basic survey program with a lot of bad habits. That's why we're transitioning to Qualtrics (create better reports, facility a rewards program, formalize the closed loop process, and trend data).Today - our survey tool sends out the survey via email for ALL responses to a distro list comprised of senior leadership, our Services Team, and some random leads in our company. One good thing that has come out of this is that leadership and some team members congratulate each other. Bad news, we aren't trending or prioritizing what the good/bad and some of the bad gets escalated to leadership unnecessarily.To solve the recognition problem, I was going to create a dashboard for leadership to access and congratulate people. This isn't embraced 100% because you still need to go into Qualtrics to see the survey vs. it being in an email. Does anyone else have other solutions if you've encountered this problem before?

How do I group different questions onto one bar chart?

My survey rates workers on different criteria on a scale from 1 to 4. I want to group certain questions onto one bar chart. I've created a field group in the Dashboard data, but can't figure out how to make the appropriate widget. Creating a simple chart with a Count metric just displays how many people answered each question, but I want to see how many people (or what percent of people) were at a 1, 2, 3, or 4 for each question.

Unable to add survey to dashboard

Hi all,We have a peculiar case of invisible surveys. A user in my company cannot add surveys as sources to the dashboard. When she tries to do so, she sees only several surveys as available to be added, only about 1/3 of all the surveys she owes. She has been buiding dashboards before with no problems.We tried to add the surveys as data sources in the dashboard tab, and then try to add them via Dashboard settings, no luck. She shared the surveys with me, and even as a Brand Admin I have the same issue. We have created a support ticket, but i wonder if anyone has had same problems lately..

CX dashboard simple chart percentage of respondents

I tried to get help with this problem through Qualtrics support and they suggested I post here. The survey question is a multi response multiple choice where respondents selected all choices that applied to them. I want a simple chart, line chart of the percentages of respondents in each group (cohort) for each year of the fellowship (3, 5, 6) out of the total number of respondents for that cohort/fellowship year that took the survey. I can get the counts but when I try to do the percentages, it's dividing by the count instead of the total respondents (even when I choose count/total column). For example, there were 16 people from the 2018 cohort in Year 3 of the fellowship who selected choice A out of 26 total respondents but when I chose count/total column, the percentage shows as 100% (16/16) instead of 62% (16/26). I sent an explanation to Qualtrics support and their response was: "Qualtrics line charts are automatically set up to only convey completed responses instead of a perce

How to Exclude an individual response without deleting it

Hey thereWondering if anyone knows of a way in Qualtrics to exclude an individual response from reporting and iQSuite dashboards etc, without deleting it. So maybe having some kind of flag on the system that shows to exclude all the responses (not just any one question) from that overall customer response,

Analyzing key drivers between different surveys

We send multiple surveys to our homebuilding customers over the course of their customer journey (i.e. after their sales contract, at mid-construction, after move-in and at the end of warranty). How do we create a dashboard widget to help us analyze the impact of questions asked in survey #1 (the early sales experience) on move-in NPS (on survey #4)?

Can you modify embedded data field within a captured response?

We are new to the platform. We had historical info loaded. One of the Embedded data fields was a territory/region field. When I look at our dashboards I see the same territory split on the dashboard because the historical data imported referred to the region as "Mid West" while new responses have the same region listed as "Mid-West". Is there a way for me to go into the old data load and change this item so ALL responses for this region reflect the same naming convention?Thanks in advance for the help.

Why are deleted responses still showing up in response count of dashboard widgets?

I have a pie chart widget on my dashboard that shows 13 responses. When I go to the data & analysis tab of the survey to view the recorded responses, there are 11. The two extra responses are test submissions that I submitted then deleted. The deleted responses are not only being counted in the response count of my pie chart, but they are also affecting the weights of my results.Does anyone know how I can remove them from being counted?

Anyone else having issues with Data Series in Simple Chart widgets?

Hi all,After a few months of working smoothly, suddenly over the last 2 weeks our widgets that include a Data Series are no longer working. We've applied a Drill Down Hierarchy as the Data Series and it's like the mapping between the levels is broken when clicking on a data point to filter. The first level drill down works perfectly but the lowest level drill down will apply a filter for something completely different to what you clicked on!The page filters are still working as they should but clicking a data point in the widget is not working (and giving us plenty of errors in the process!).I've logged a job with support and they don't seem to have any solutions at the moment so just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. It's happened on a few of our dashboards so not an isolated incident unfortunately!Cheers,Ashleigh

Combining Ticket Follow Up Data

Since the system treats any edit to a ticket follow up question as a new question, I am having a hard time trying to combine the old data results with the new data results coming in after the edit. It was a simple typo in a word but it needed to be fixed but now everything on the dashboard is reporting based on the "New" question since I remapped it. Is there a "thinking outside the box" way of combining the old data results with the new ones coming in?

How do you filter by date in the dashboard?

I don't see date as a filter option in my dashboards? Can I add this at the top or does it have to be done in the individual widgets? I am an administrator on the dashboard and have change rights, but can't find how to do this.

Show number of responses that fit within a range

On a CX dashboard widget, is it possible to show how many responses fall within a range? So out of 100 points, how many fall between 90-100, 80-89.9, etc? Ideally, the ranges would be rows, rather than a filter on the entire widget.Additionally, I need to average the scores gained from individual respondents, and roll those up to the ranges above. I started to use a custom metric for this, but got stuck once I couldn't use it to filter. (This step is why I don't think embedded data will work for the first step)As background, I've been able to do this in Data Studio, but I used CASE logic to create the ranges. I'm trying to figure out if you can achieve something similar in Qualtrics or not.Any help is appreciated!

Order of the options displayed in filters when there are symbols, letters and/or numbers

Hi community!I am trying to reorder these time fields displayed in one of the filters of my dashboard (More concrete, I would like to have the “> 90 minutes” option, as the last one):The reason I want to do so is that “> 90 minutes” is a longer time length than “0-15 minutes”. As my intention is to have the filter in ascendant order, it does not make sense to have it in the first place, as shown in the picture. Apparently, because of the 90 having a symbol before, Qualtrics puts it before any number.Does anyone know a way to reverse this order and have the symbols come after the numbers?Thank you very much in advanced, I will really appreciate your wise advices :)Yours sincerely,Irene

Is there not a way to use Simple Table widget to display the number value of each matrix question?

I've already asked tech support but was curious if there is an alternative solution as I am unable to display the (number) response for each matrix table question using the simple table widget top/bottom metrics.

How do I acitvate a Widget with text IQ?

I would like to evaluate with text IQ comment fields. When I insert them and define the filters, I get the message: Please enable editing and configure the widget. In the survey we have updated and activated all the data. What else could I do to make widget work?

In Text iQ, how can you move existing topics to another existing topic? The Help section says to just highlight the topic, then move it to the another topic but that's not working. Any ideas? Thanks.

I´m building a CX dashboard and to set some specific calculations, I have to create a lot of custom metrics. Is there any limit number of using custom metrics? Probably is going to be a lot and I don´t want my dashboard to crash due to this amount of custom metrics
