Would it be possible to add more user information when creating users? Like their specific department (not the division level) or their corresponding ID in the CRM (since Qualtrics have different userID)?

Another question, considering I already added a new field. Can I include that field in the API call when I create a new user? Like in the below sample:

In API call i would say No as mention on below link but you can create additional variables by uploading in CX admin
