Hi. We send out internal suirveys only, but have an organisation with multiple domain names. Is there a way to permanently disable the requirement for an opt-out link for all our internal domains? Thanks.

My research team is working on a research study together with a nonprofit organization that uses a Clerk Chat/Microsoft Teams integration to provision phone numbers for SMS messaging across their organization. This nonprofit has kindly offered to provide our study with a dedicated number that the research team can use for text messaging.An advantage of using this number is that it would be pre-approved for our use case + we could use it to send unlimited SMS messages - with no additional cost to the study or to the nonprofit organization.    A disadvantage is that neither Clerk Chat nor Microsoft Teams are on the list of SMS providers that Qualtrics offers plugins for. Ideally, we would like to be able to use this number with Qualtrics’ Workflow, in order to send text messages with survey notifications and reminders to our study participants.Can anyone suggest ideas or workarounds for accomplishing this?

Hi,today the new access right “view XM platform” is active. From my understanding disabling this for a custom role should rewoke the possibility to to administrative tasks on the platform like creating project, editing survey and so on, right?We turned that switch on and off but we cannot see any difference accessing the platform.Any ideas?Thx :-)

Hi everyone!I'm trying to find a way to share the Response Report though a workflow rather than the Response Summary.In the End of Survey blok in the Survey Flow, one can generate a Response Report and display it to the respondent.Is there a way to push the URL of the Response Report into an Embedded Data field which I could then use in a workflow?

Dear community,I have created a matrix question in CX survey in order to collect requests for new feature and its importance. However, I encountered the problem with creating a single widget for this question in a dashboard.The matrix question has been setup as follows:6 Statements, each of the statements allows text entry2 scale points (essential / nice to have)I created a generic group with text data data in the statement 1 - 6 to consolidate text comments, then tried record widget but it didn't work.Does anyone have any idea how I can create a single widget in my dashboard? Figma Make links don’t work in unmoderated tests in Qualtrics. AI-generated prototyping is going to explode in the immediate future so this would be a great adjustment to see so we can support the use of them for product research. 

I’m wanting to use Qualtrics to send out a short SMS simply to instruct the recipients to download our app - but I don’t need/want to attach a survey to it… is there a way to use Qualtrics in this way?

I’m using a custom chat script that lets users chat in real time, and now I want to integrate LLMs into it. From what I understand, I might need to set up a proxy server, but I’m not sure if that’s strictly necessary.My main questions are: Is it possible to send API requests directly to servers running the AI models using AJAX/HTTP calls, or will I need to go through a proxy? If direct AJAX calls are possible, what parameters or request setup details usually need to be adjusted so that the LLM API accepts them? If a proxy is the recommended approach, what’s the simplest way to implement one for this use case (so I don’t have to rebuild my chat framework or redirect users to a new page)? The key requirement is that the chat stays on the same page, I can’t use the existing web service frameworks for LLMs since they force a page change.Any guidance or examples would be much appreciated!

I’ve always used a custom “From” address for my distributions, but recently I can’t send any unless I use the predefined Qualtrics address (noreply@qemailserver.com).If I try with my custom address, I get an error and the distribution won’t launch.Has anyone else experienced this? Hi Community,I’m configuring a dashboard that contains data from 9 regions.Each region has one user responsible for it, and I’ve shared the dashboard page with these 9 users, applying data restrictions so that each user can only see data for their assigned region (as shown in the screenshot below).Share dashboard to 9 user with data restrictionsWhen these users access the dashboard, I’d like: One widget display the CSAT of all 9 regions(e.g., “CSAT by Region”) While the other widgets remain restricted to each user’s assigned region (following their data restriction). I’ve already tried locking the filter for the “CSAT by Region” widget with Region = All,but this only works correctly from my admin view — where I can see all 9 regions.When I log in as a restricted user (for example, Region CTKV1), the same widget only shows that region’s data, instead of displaying all 9 regions.It seems that when I share the dashboard page and apply data restrictions, the entire dataset has been locke

Is there a way to bulk update the response data by upload file? Like i have probably 20 columns to edit.  

I have a workflow that changes the value of an embedded field based on assignment made in a ticket resulting from the submission. Is there any way to use javascript (or any other method) to update the quota based on the embedded field?  Ultimately, I’m looking to have a ticket marked to determine validity of the submission - quota should be modified to eliminate invalid entries. Any ideas? 

I have a question with two choice groups. Both of them have an Other option. I want the group and the choice within the group randomized but I want the Other options to appear at the bottom of each group. How can I do this? TIA!

I have sent out a survey to 150 participants with the same domain, let's say for example it is: @example.com. These have been correctly received by these 150 recipients and some of them had filled it in already. I could see that all 150 of them have opened this first invitation.A few weeks ago, I sent a reminder to the 136 participants that had not completed it. These e-mails were also sent correctly according to the system. However, it surprised me that only about 25 of them opened the e-mail according to the distribution list, while the previous time all 150 of them opened it.Now I've just sent another reminder to 126 participants who have not completed it, and I get the message that 114 of the e-mails (!) had not been sent successfully. When downloading the distribution details, I see the following details:“host or domain name not found. name service error for name=example.com type=mx: host not found  try again”I have no clue what is causing this. Hiya,I’ve setup a vertical bar widget to show the breakdown of NPS over time.Currently its showing each week against promoter, passive, detractor.Is there a way to flip the axis so time is the X axis and for each week it shows the breakdowns? Current setup: 

these balances need to balance before they more on.  How can I make sure they balance and be able to fix the problems?  Right now I am using embedded data in a question but it needs to be in a different block so then you cannot go back to fix the problem.  This was the one thing that I was to make sure worked for the person.

Hi XM Community,My org is using ExternalReference as our sole identity resolution rule and we want to see if we can avoid triggering a contact creation when a record (whether in a workload, file upload, etc.) contains an ExternalReference value which does not already exist?i.e. if I upload a contact with ExternalReference 1234, and there is no match for it in the system, I want to discard the record, not add the contact. If I upload contact w/ Ext. Ref. 123 and it is found, I want to update that existing contact.We have a team that populates the directory via API, so we prefer to allow them to manage the contacts and want to minimize erroneous info and unverified contacts added from secondary systems. We utilize workloads, manual file uploads, and the Qualtrics File System to quickly populate lists (sometimes thousands of contacts, so hand choosing contacts is out of the question), so we’re looking for directory level settings or logic to satisfy this requirement.Anyone resolved a simi

I am a longtime Qualtrics user. I feel like I am in expert in most things on the platform but the ‘Results Dashboards’ are not at all intuitive. I have read the online documentation multiple times and still struggle to create results dashboards for basic surveys. It takes so many clicks to customize the widgets in needed ways and it’s very difficult to know what to do to make basic visualizations.This new-ish feature is in no way an upgrade from the previous results-reports page. I understand I can revert back to the old version but worry about it the results-reports being phased out at some point. The dashboard version is clunky, nearly impossible for someone to use efficiently, and offers less customizability than results-reports. As someone who is responsible for encouraging my colleagues to use Qualtrics over other products like Google forms, it makes it even harder when the features are so difficult to learn.It would be great if Qualtrics would either dramatically improve the user

Hi, can someone please help me on how to integrate Qualtrics survey with Power-BI?

I have a follow-up survey and it’s first two questions are date dependent. first question is have you had your procedure yet. if the participants responds “no” they are asked to put in their new procedure data. this in turn triggers a workflow within the follow-up survey to send the same survey to the participant a day after their procedure. if they click no again and input a new date, this workflow repeats until they’ve had their procedure.this works well for my initial follow-up survey. but i copied everything over for a new age group and the copy does not work. specifically, if i click ‘no’ and enter in a new date, i do not receive an email inviting me to the same follow-up survey.   this is the js from the copied question (ignore the repetition between the follow-up variables): Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnload(function() {    // Ensure Moment.js is loaded    var script = document.createElement('script');    script.src = "https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/moment.js/2.29.1/momen
