Good day, everyone! It’s been a while since I last posted.

I’m currently the Brand Admin for multiple brands, each running numerous autonomous surveys. Managing these and overseeing project usage and health is taking up a significant portion of my day.

Does anyone have any smart solutions for generating comprehensive reports for the entire brand? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

@Nam Nguyen

Not sure if you have already explored this page Admin Reports (qualtrics.com). It does provide a CSV export of the brand usage as well.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Deepak, I’m using the Report but it’s so manually and ended up taking a chunk of my daily time

@Nam Nguyen  A while back I helped another brand admin who was in a similar situation, basically their organization wanted regular usage reports for each department for their internal cost distribution.

I ended up building something using the API, so that those reports were available to them at the click of a button.

Drop me a PM if you’re interested in getting such a solution developed.

Hello everyone

I'm looking for a similar option.

Our goal is to get a weekly or monthly report via email to see license usage for our multiple divisions. The fact that we have to manually check on Qualtrics the report section is a bit annoying.
Ideally, we'd even like to send the report per division to different contacts.

Thanks

@RenaudF I am using this API for responseCounts api.qualtrics.com/452a2bce15430-get-information-about-an-organization
But it’s because I’m having multiple clients/brands with multiple accounts/domain, I don’t think it’s gonna work in divisions.
@ahmedA I don’t know if your solution using the same method, I PM you.

Thanks @Nam Nguyen , that is not exactly what I’m looking for but it is actually useful as well.

I’m found a way to display the results for each division. Now the last thing to do is to choose the range of date and it should be perfect. PM me if you need it.
