Qualtrics will soon be launching Public Preview; an opportunity for our customers to use our most important new/updated product capabilities in production prior to full commercial launch.
Capabilities released into Public Preview will be production ready code that has passed all Qualtrics security, quality and technical release bars. Customers who are on Qualtrics new simplified pricing and packaging plans or customers who actively used the feature in the Early Access preview program, and who may not yet have migrated to the new pricing plans, will be able to access features in Public Preview.
We will notify customers of capabilities released into Public Preview through in-product notifications as well as Release Notes via XM Community.
