I have a survey which was sent to designated colleagues who are added to a Contact in the Directories on 2 Jan.  I set 3 months for them to complete. So, it shouldn’t have expired as of today (17 Jan). However, two colleagues who tried to submit their responses today informed me that the survey link has expired and couldn’t make any submission. Do you know why? How can this be sorted out?

There could be a number of possible factors such as

  1. link expiration (Email Survey Invitations, by default is individual link for 60 days unless you did change.)
  2. survey availability (Responses Section of Survey Options, your survey period may have ended.)
  3. incomplete responses (Responses Section of Survey Options, they may have activated the link and exited, thinking of returning to work on the survey at another day)
  4.  republishing a live survey after sending out the links that may cause current survey sessions to perform unexpectedly, etc.

Check if there are any incomplete response records that may be available, you can send them Retake Survey Link to redo.

Hi, Chee Heng_SZ,

Thank you for your suggestion. I republished a live survey after sending out the link. This may be the possible reason.

I created new personal links for the two respondents this morning and they successfully submitted the survey just now.
