It seems the mapping is incorrect try downloading the export from here and including your translations and then re-uploading it. Hi Deepak,The question is not about the mapping. it is about where the text in Chinese is coming from and why, since I was trying to upload completely different content (I am uploading responses in Spanish, not translations) in a completely different language.
This happened to me this week also, but it ended up leaving the workflow in the stand alone workflow location so I was still able to access it. Fun fact, I have now located the workflow in the stand alone ones, BUT the workflow start for some reason was in Japanese, and when I went to take a screenshot of it, it has already turned into Spanish 😏 (we are a Nordic company, so the language choice for this seems quite random)
I did the same thing, and I can’t find my workflow now either. I can’t see it in the automations tab of directories --- I can find the workflow if I search for it in the Stand Alone Workflows search bar. Weird. I can’t find there either...
Hello @MsIreen, Your workflow will function exactly like standalone workflows but will be located in the directory automations tab. Let me know if this helps. It was the first place I looked, and it is not there, unfortunately.
From my experience with Qualtrics, getting them to take your money is very difficult 😂
i have just noticed that our ${srr://SingleResponseReportLink?ttl=0} links are expiring and keep returning this error. I am contacting support right now about it Hi @MsIreen, let us know what support replies please. We are using this link ${srr://SingleResponseReportLink?ttl=3122064000} in an email template message, and then use this email template in an XM Directory action with distribution in a workflow. We notice that this link isn’t generating… it just shows an empty spot in the mail where the link should be. When we don’t add the ttl parameter, it does seem to work… So maybe a solution to your error could be related to ours? Hi @JoycaV Apparently it was some sort of a glitch, that went away. And the links started working fine again.

@ArunDubey oh I see. However, the embedded question problem will still stand, also I have a concern. So new contacts will be added daily to the list, but the automation can be configured only as to all contacts who, let’s say have “France” as a value in the country field. the filter logic will have to be quite complex and thought through, as we have repeated contacts, to whom we want to send survey again, also contacts who received some other surveys, so, e.g. statistics filters would not help for that.
@ArunDubey I guess you are talking about the message triggers in a mailing list? In this case we will need to create separate emails per language, I guess, for each country? We have an embedded question in the email, so i think it will still be in english regardless.

Btw, I also considered creating in the Qualtrics workflow conditions and different distributions, but this is a huge amount of manual work due to contact embedded data field creation for each of the distribution, which is hundreds of fields (so it is the least preferred option)
@ArunDubey it is a transactional survey integrated and triggered by SF event, so we do not create any distribution files.My thinking was if in the Qualtrics workflow before the distribution task we can create a code which would create a variable based on the country field value in SF. And we will pass this value to the distribution task under the language.

I absolutely love the engagement of the community and the way how users here are so helpful and knowledgeable.Regarding the Qualtrics products, I am very happy with the functionality and with the ease of use. I used to do internal trainings for the users in the company and the basic survey functionalities were super easy to explain and understand even for those who have never done surveys. Of course, the deeper you go into the functionality the more complex it gets, but overall most users do not need to go that far in their everyday job.
I really hope there is a way, we had a complicated way to do the global division last time, and if i have to upload raw data, it will be very difficult to do the calculations...
Back to the topic...as we have started to use new format of the links, they now return an error that request expired. Is there an expiration period for those? 😨

I am a brand admin and this email was forwarded to me by others 😕I guess if Qualtrics knows that certain links have been used in a brand, they should also know what IDs are used there. So one can track the surveys.

Answering to my own question:What is the change?The legacy single response report is a URL that displays a report for a single survey response. However, there might be users in your brand who manually created these URLs in email triggers or email tasks, by using piped text to add the responseId into the URL. Any email task or email trigger where the user has manually created the legacy response report URL needs to be migrated to use the new single response report solution. What a strange setup though, if project owner account cannot see the dashboard within the project..I tried not to add the new user to the Employee Directory (it is not an emlyee account, but a shared EX Admin one), and it keeps creating a duplicate user account😑 So will need to look into it with more detail..

I think it depends on the agent. During the years of using Qualtrics, I personally have had absolutely great experiences, and very frustrating ones, when an agent was either lacking knowledge, or was completely not understanding what a problem was about and suggesting something that we specifically mentioned we had already done. In some of the cases tickets were just dragging for a long time with going front and back.If your issues is not resolved, I strongly suggest to contact CSM and AM and ask for this to be escalated. And don't forget to leave a corresponding feedback about the resolution. From my experience quality assurance is working quite good in Qualtrics and gets back to you to clarify what went wrong.
It is a really difficult one..I think I would really love to meet Emperor Nickolas II of Russia and his family. I have always been really interested in their history and heartbroken by their fate.
