Hi all,
We have moved EX projects to another account, and all dashboards have disappeared from the Dashboard Tab. When colllaborated with the original owner account, the dashboards are visible.
How do we move the dashboards to the new account as well?

+41MsIreen Have you added the new user to a role with rights to view the dashboard? When I transferred EX projects from a different user to myself, even though I'm now the owner of the project, I still needed to add myself to a role before I could view the dashboard.
+23jmborzick Thank you so much! This is an excellent point, I didn't even think about it. What a strange setup though, if project owner account cannot see the dashboard within the project..
I tried not to add the new user to the Employee Directory (it is not an emlyee account, but a shared EX Admin one), and it keeps creating a duplicate user account😑 So will need to look into it with more detail..
