Monthly Product Release Notes - February 8, 2024 to March 6, 2024

@TJMeersman999 There are 2 separate workflow features -- Workflow Loops and the Lookup Task. Workflow Loops are available to everyone with access to workflows as of March 6, and the new Lookup Task will be launching next week on March 13! I was reading that wrong. And thats great news. Thank you, Caroline! :)

Is the workflow looping feature now open as a non preview task? Its hard to tell from this post. Its in both the March 6th and 13th section and when I go to the documentation it looks like its not in preview mode anymore. Is there certain licenses this should be on for? Or did it get turned on for all CX brands? Thanks in advance!! :)

@asheeshr @Michael_Cooksey  Earlier it was not working, but it is working now!! Thank you! Also, side note, if we have a workflow pulling in a file into an imported data project through an SFTP workflow, are we going to be able to do that with the library message or the survey flow option? Our data for the supplemental data project is updating pretty regularly.  Best, TJ

Weekly Product Release Notes - August 23, 2023

For the lifecycle email change that is happening, do I understand this correctly that you will be able to send the email to a different email then the participant email? If we had a personal email field we could send it there instead? If so, that's great for exit survey’s!

"No opportunity to observe" shows up as a 0 in data analysis

Oh, I see, the min and max are there. Have you published the changes in your survey after making those changes in scoring and what not? It would likely not push those to the report until its published. If not, I am not sure. Sorry!

Dropbox Contact Import Automation

@krbhavya I have tried all the different folder paths. Do you know how to check the permissions in Dropbox to make sure the folders have the right permission to be access I guess?

Hey Saini,You will need to go to the survey, if you want to have the option not be included in the scores, make sure the response option is marked as exclude from analysis as seen in the image below. You will also need to go into scoring and make sure that this option is not checked in scoring options as seen in the second image! Also, make sure in the scoring page that option is greyed out, it should do that after you exclude from analysis.

WhatsApp Automations

@Deepak thanks for that. I thought of this too, but my clients team is not wanting to go through that complicated of a process. They were hoping the automations did it. They have also been told that its on the roadmap to have WhatsApp added to automations in the future and they are okay on waiting on that. Thanks!

avoid double responses in an always on intercept

In the intercept options where it says browser cookies. Here is a link. However, I am wondering if this works for your specific use case as this would probably make it not show up if they even see it, not just if they just took it. You would want it to show up every time if not taken, so this might not be the right choice unfortunately. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/website-app-feedback/intercepts-tab/change-options-section-intercepts/#PreventRepeatedandCookie

avoid double responses in an always on intercept

You could turn on in the intercept settings the feature to not pop this up for another minute or two so it wont open more then once in that given time frame once they take it. Are you finding that its an accidental double submitting of the same response? Like they might be doing it twice on accident? The setting allows you to put in a custom time frame and you can do fractions of an hour.
