Hello, I am having a hard time getting my Qualtrics Automation to recognize my Dropbox folder path. It keeps saying  to find the folder. It keeps saying ensure the folder exists and has not been deleted. I have tried different iterations of the folder path and can get nothing to work!

Hi @TJMeersman999 

You can check if the folder has the appropriate permissions for the Qualtrics Automation to access it. Or secondly you can try use absolute (full) path of the folder.

@krbhavya I have tried all the different folder paths. Do you know how to check the permissions in Dropbox to make sure the folders have the right permission to be access I guess?

Hi,

To check the permission of the folder you can right click on the folder and select the "share" tab from the menu.
