Looking for some insight on the Journey Analytics feature for EXM if anyone has used it:

  • How long did it take to implement Journey Analytics?

  • What methodology did you follow? Key steps?

  • Any prerequisites you would recommend before starting?

  • Lessons learnt?

The big thing is having a consistent question across surveys. Other then that, its really easy to set up and use!
