Hi @kcbro, Could you please you are updating this in source version and not directly writing on the invite? Directly writing this on the invite will result in showing image url. If you are not comfortable using source, you can also use image option (4th option) to include image.Additionally if you just want to keep text, you can remove URL and include text only. You can do required formatting using available options.Hope it helps.

Can you check if you have any errors in browser console? Right click and inspect on the browser and then navigate to console tab.
@heatherdoherty I think for randomization, it might be due to layout. By any chance you are using simple layout? Can you change the layout in look-n-feel and then check.
@asdfghjkl2912 would you be able to share a screenshot of how it is setup currently? I think that will help to understand the challenge.
@heatherdoherty I was just checking the link you were including. It seems like there is no such file in your Qualtrics library. Hence it is showing you as icon. Please let me know if you are still not able to get randomization working. Very simple would be creating a text question and populating currentloop number in that. And hide this question using css or JS.
@asdfghjkl2912 if you are using different blocks for each statements w/wo image, you can use randomizer in survey flow to handle this.You can setup logic in survey flow similar to below diagram. Here Statement 1A and Statment 1B are different versions of those statements.Randomize All blocks Randomly Select 1 Statement 1A Statement 1B Randomly Select 1 Statement 2A Statement 2B Randomly Select 1 Statement 3A Statement 3B Randomly Select 1 Statement 4A Statement 4B

@Saskia I feel your challenge is because of the skip logic and randomization together. Qualtrics randomizer is selecting 8 blocks but they are not matching with your skip logic and hence they are getting skipped. For example, for Gucci and product A, Qualtrics randomizer selected that block randomly however you have mentioned in previous question, you are not familiar.Your blocks should be selected only if they are familiar. Try adding condition in survey flow and then check.
@Fabs123 there are some application which provide API support of creating QR code by passing a URL. Here is one example. This is just one example. Not sure of which is the best application for such thing.
Intresting. So we have challenge with people using same machine and creating different accounts both. Just a wild thought, we can also ask them scan QR Code which will work on mobile and can generate unique id for them. Or give a Qualtrics survey URL in QR Code which will generate unique id for participants on mobile and they will enter the same in main survey. When the Qualtrics survey opens on mobile, it can place cookie on participants browser which can help to identify if same participant is entering again. Can be slightly complex to manage with all different workflows to handle however you would be able to find 70-80% of duplicates records. Havent tried this but should definitely help. Also, additionally, if you ask participant to submit identity proof, and you can give them bonus points or some incentives after verification is completed. That should helps to some extent.
@Fabs123 if you are expecting multiple users taking survey using same computer then Fraud detection and IP checking wont help. May be you can try using SSO and/or validating the users via email id. This way you can validate correct users.
Not sure if you have already tried table of contents. It gives an option to show block progress. Thanks,Jagdish

Hi @chb35 , Are you testing it via “Send Preview email” button? It will not populate embedded fields. Please check using “Send Now” option.2nd possibility could be your HTML code. Try to view your email’s HTML content and see if there are any additional tags are added by mistake. Thanks,JB

Hi JLPY, Nope there is no direct option in Qualtrics. I would recommend splitting the last question to separate question and control the logic for each option in multi select question. In drop down, participants dont select multiple choices and there is no easy implementation as well. Thanks,JB

I would suggest adding timer with autoadvance in 0.01 should work. Havent tried it, but I think below change to Tom’s code should also work.
