I don't think it will be possible to populate unique ID by QR, but you have to use authenticator and contact list trigger to achieve this

Along with this, I would also suggest to always show language drop down on top right of survey so that in case of any browser cookies issues language is automatically not change than user can select language from drop down.
You can also go to your survey than Tools than Review and under it select search and replace. Now replace full line of text like "what is you" With "what is your'
Yes system automatically not map all similar fields and you have to select fields manually in your second data set :(
In Qualtrics we don't have and production, dev, test Or sandbox environment. We can test survey with preview link and can always delete any test data to report only on production or live data.
No it is not possible with heatmap question while you can assign labels with hot spot. In case you want to use heatmap, you get image in report with concentration of clicks and at report leve you can provide labels to different sections of an image.

Your setup looks good, you don't need to do anything with reset counts. In case it have lot of difference than yoh can reset all counts before your launch. One with low count will be displayed first.
New pointing system is better and engaging. Received level one swag and now I always have my keys with cool Qualtrics key chain.
You have to make sure all pdf you upload in your qualtrics library are of same size. In case they are all same you can manage. Otherwise as Shashi mentioned it all depends on browser and pdf sizes in case all files have un matching dimensions.

You can try with random number generator and than matching number against this number.
You can also set survey expiration in survey setting in advance.
Hi @AnalystRAC , you can also create your own user groups and assign user groups according to person role. Like who can create surveys, who can view. So you don't have to manually change for each user, you just have to assign user group while creating account.
You can put survey anonymous link in the end of survey redirect. This way survey will always restart when someone complete the survey.
