@INARIouisiana, you actually not need to place the timer etc. It is very simple. You can place the code at any element on your page. You need to select any element (which is shown to all respondents without any display criteria) and click on gear icon and then click on Add javascript. ! And simply paste this code in the highlighted part in below window: var that = this; (function(){that.clickNextButton();}).delay(900); !

Hi @INARlouisiana - try this: ! Here the value inside delay() is in seconds, so you need to put 900 - equivalent to 15 minutes. Try adding this simple javaScript at any element on your page. Please do not add this code if the question is having in page logic or display criteria applied.

Hi @BinhPM: thank you for sharing. Just for the curiosity, what method you are using to execute the APIs? Is it in Qualtrics survey flow using web service element or some other way like postman? I will try to do it with the same method you are using.

Hi @BinhPM: I am sure you must be passing the sampleId and mailingListId parameters properly which you will be getting while creating the sample contact. If these parameters are being passed properly then it must work.

Hi @AlanWheat, as far as you can collect all the data in separate ED variables in your survey flow then the same way you need to create another ED for hyper link. In the same way, the snapshot I shared, the value of DS_StudentNameFull I am getting from the ED StudentFullName. So, for example you have 3 EDs in your survey flow where you are capturing different values: ED1 = value from a question (let's assume it captured value: AB CD EF) ED2 = value from a sample File (let's assume it captured value: My Name) ED3 = value from any source (let's assume it captured value: 123 ABC XYZ) (_here I have spaces in the values_) now the another ED for hyper link is: EDVar1 = a href="mylink"?parameter1=${e://Field/ED1}&parameter2=${e://Field/ED1}&parameter3=${e://Field/ED1}/

Hi @AlanWheat: In the field RejectedReturn, how are you filling the data? is it from embedded variable ? My recommendation is to put entire details in a embedded variable where you need to pipe the parameters you want to use in the link. Please refer below snapshot. Here in the survey flow I have created a variable RejectedReturn where I am assigning values in the flow itself. ! Now in the Ticket data you need to pipe the value of this variable. !

Exporting and Importing corrected data

Hi @JMB: You can keep start and end date as is in the import file but not recorded date. Recorded date will automatically is captured when the record is being captured/imported into Qualtrics database. Importing the data is recommended in Legacy Importer. If you are not sure about the variables then you can simply download the Example file. Click Import then Use Legacy Importer and download Example CSV. Keep the start and end date value whatever you want to. Please note that the start and end date must be in mm/dd/yyyy format while importing.

Distributing invite email & reminder to multiple people after a survey

@jainshubham yes it's doable using Qualtrics web services (API). Where you first need to create the contact list based on the email IDs you are collecting in first survey and then you can distribute, set reminders using the APIs itself. Dashboard fonts/sizes?

Hi @nlanda: the size of fonts in the word cloud depends upon the frequency of words in the database. Small font size means that the frequency (number of counts) is low. We don't have any option to increase or decrease the font size in this widget. The only way is to resize your widget. Please increase the size of your widget and definitely the font size will be adjusted accordingly.

@AlanWheatAlanWheat: instead of my above suggestion, I recommend you to use hyper link in the ticket email directly, like below: ! where YourVariable is the variable in which you are storing the link.

@AlanWheatAlanWheat: if it is only because of the space you are having within your parameters then you can replace the spaces with %20 in the variable which you are using to pass the link in ticket. If the parameters are dynamic then you must have to get some alternate to replace the spaces with %20.

Hi @Petroula, please use advance randomization. Here are the steps you need to follow. 1. Click on the gear icon and click Randomization: ! 2. Click on "Set Up Advanced Randomization" ! 3. Select all the options you want to randomize and leave the option you want to anchor. Click on the red circled arrow button. ! After clicking, it should be look like below. ! That's it. You are done.

@Kajal - yes it is possible. You can use excel macro where you can pass the end date parameter dynamically based on your requirement. Use the response export API in the macro.

Matrix Table

Hi @Cathaya, current setting is forcing to answer per row. If you will deselect the Transpose Table option then it will transpose the table and will force to answer per column. Again, it will not solve your purpose. This you can achieve using custom validation, where you can show error message if any box is answered. I am ot sure about your purpose, but just in case if you want that user must at least fill 0 in each box, then you can populate default choices in each box. Please refer below snapshot: !

Technical question

Hi @Muriel, I am assuming that you will be showing a numeric question to ask the number of children, and then on next page you will be asking the DoB of each child. ! Now, on 2nd question where we are asking the DoB, we need to add display logic on every option. ! Apply the logic on each option one by one - where it will be displayed when the value of previous question is greater than equal to the answer option. Please refer below snapshot. ! Please note that you must restrict the limit in your question where you are asking the number of children, e.g. max 10 child. Please let me know if you are using different question type other than the numeric question to ask number of children. If yes, then we need to do it in another way.

Technical question

Hi @Muriel, this you can easily achieve by adding display logic in each of your option where you are asking dare of birth. For example, the very first option (let's say - DoB of 1st child) will have display logic: the value of your previous numeric question is greater than equal to 1. Example in below Snapshot. ! Similarly, for 2nd option the logic will be when the value of previous question is greater than equal to 2 and so on... Please let me know if this is clear or you want me to share more details. Thanks
