Loading CSV issues

Hi all! Battling a bit and any help provided is appreciated. I need to upload a non-qualtrics CSV file data as data source for CX dashboard. Battled and got to point where it seems to accept the file and map out the columns perfectly. Then I get the following error when clicking on add: :#INCORRECT_UPLOAD_FILE_FORMAT# Everything in file seems fine - comma delimited, no blank columns, CSV UTF 8 etc. Anyone ideas would be appreciated. Hi @Alok - thanks for getting in touch. I finally managed to figure out the issue. For what it is worth, the following page is very handy. I had a comma in headers that messed up data file. https://csvlint.io/ Have a great evening

    Hi @LeeMer, is it possible for you to share a exact sample file with few dummy data; will try to find the issue by uploading at my end.
