Hi @Cathaya, current setting is forcing to answer per row. If you will deselect the Transpose Table option then it will transpose the table and will force to answer per column. Again, it will not solve your purpose. This you can achieve using custom validation, where you can show error message if any box is answered. I am ot sure about your purpose, but just in case if you want that user must at least fill 0 in each box, then you can populate default choices in each box. Please refer below snapshot:
