Hi there, I built a workflow based on multiple Qualtrics webservice calls. Sometimes, the number of calls exceed the limits and the webservice task failed. I would like to identify this fail for making a condition after the task. But I’ve got a problem with that : the body result of a succedded task and a failed task are totally differents. Hello,I made a workflow with multiple calculation, based on embedded data, with a JS code task. My trigger is an Experience ID when any change happen for any contact.I have a issue when a embedded is missing for one contact. The task is getting on error. I understand why but I need to find something for contournate this problem. I’ve tried to check if the ED is null or undefined but nothing work. In my survey I use a question with smilley as modalities. I apply a custom css so that there is no gray background displayed :.Skin #QID19 label.SingleAnswer.q-checked{background-color:#ffffff; border-color:#009ee0;}On the other hand, I would like to keep the modality surrounded with border-color so that if the respondent goes back, he will know which modality he has selected. Depending on the result, I use a branch for displaying a message error.I was wondering if is there possible to display this error message directly in the page submitted? I have a problem with data. The first and last names that are loaded in Qualtrics are all capital letters. In my survey flow I use 2 calls to the Qualtrics API to: 1. find the ID of my contact with his email (POST)2. use the ID to add him an embedded data in the directory (PUT)however, sometimes these actions do not work although I have the contact registered in my XM directory with this email address.Do you think I did the right thing or there would be things to change? I want both API streams not to launch at the same time because I need the first one for the second one to succeed.Thanks
I have a workflow based on a new answer:- 1. add the respondent to the XM directory- 2. send him an emailI noticed that the email was leaving too quickly compared to the first task. And unfortunately it has to leave when the registration in the repertoire is complete. I can set a delay in sending the email, but a minimum of 1 hour when I only need a minute. Is it possible to schedule a task that slows down before the email is sent? I was thinking of a JS task.Thank you

I use the "display:none" style a lot to ask my questions in a text block in order to apply display logic. Unfortunately, this creates a very unsightly white space between my text block (question) and the items of my question block.What can I do for :- remove the white space following my text block (question)- or prevent the "display:none" of my question block from creating a spaceThanks for your help
I noticed that on my surveys from an iPhone, a zoom is applied automatically when I select a text field. What is all the more annoying is that you have to zoom out in order to click on the next button of the survey. I was wondering if someone had built a piece of code in jquery (or whatever) in order to bypass this "problem". Tanks for your help.
I am in the process of building a survey which will be integrated into an application such as a webview. Everything works fine except that the html links that I use in my survey open inside the app, and not in a new window of a web browser, despite a target = "_ blank ". How to force open in a web browser and not directly in the app? Maybe in jquery? Thanks for your help
