Hi, I am working a 10 question survey. 5 questions show up in their individual pages. The next 4 questions show up all together in one page. Then I have the last page with EOS. When we get to page 6, where all 4 questions are displayed, the progress bar shows as 50%. Which is correct, but I would like to customise it so that it would display the progress bar at roughly 80%. I can get away with just a visual edit and not any truly calculated field. Any ideas how I can do it?
Hi,the idea here is that while we sent an survey invite via email, we can setup a scheduled reminder when the distribution is setup. Afterwards, I would like to have a mechanism to trigger a second reminder to that invite at my own discretion and programmatically. I will be creating some sort of a trigger (e.g.. button) which can trigger an API request to Qualtrics, but I am not envisioning how I an do it as a continuity of the existing invite/reminder process. I have taken into account that perhaps either the invite or reminder have been activated and the survey completed, in which case we would not be triggering the manual reminder.any ideas?Thanks
Hi,I would like to run 2 ou more APIs in order to achieve one of the use cases in the api.qualtrics.com guides. Response export for one contact.What i need to do is find the contactid, pass it on to a contact response history to get the responseid available, pass the responseid to the response export api call.Has anyone achieved this using xflow? Hello,I am facing a challenge with managing dashboard users when SSO is enabled.The use case is a Contact Center environment, where I have a list of users who are meant to have access to the dashboard. Each user has a set of attributes used for dashboard data restriction and filtering.Not all agents have a login to Qualtrics, therefore their username does not exist as a platform user. Nevertheless, we need to manage this list to make sure that when they do log in the attribute is available.The other part of my challenge is that the username is an SSO attribute (UPN) which gets appended the #brand tag. Unfortunately, the client is unable to export the list of UPN (usernames) to include in the user import at the dashboard. This means that Qualtrics will use email as the primary identifier for the user and because in most cases email does not match UPN, then we have a mismatch where users are being created as new users.The workaround that I have is that periodically I do an extract of the

am screen-sharing. e.g. MS Teams meeting, where I need to screen-share and walkthrough dashboards.What I have been seeing is that dashboards take much longer to load the widgets. That is without making changes to the data or edit the widgets. It could be just by changing dashboard pages.The workaround is to stop screen-sharing, reload the page, and re-share the screen.I have seen the slower performance on the survey component when saving surveys, but this is much less obvious than in dashboards.I have notified this more frequently and significantly when using MS Teams, but the same with Zoom. While my first thought was PC performance, bandwidth, organisation setting on the collaboration tools, I have now been told by different customers, that they experience the same behavior.Anyone else sharing same issues?Thanks
Hi,I would like to understand if any of you share this scenario and if yes how do you handle it.In a mix authentication, where you can signin to Qualtrics brand using either sso and local login, when I am managing users in the dashboards, often I need to import users using a .csv. when doing so, when I jmport a user email from a user which has not yet login to qualtrics, this will create a new user. Resulting in me having to check always if the users that i am importing have previouly login to Qualtrics. I suppose that one of the ways to do this is ask upfront for a list of user which will login uaing SSO, this was I can match their future username format when importing.The challange with this is that our directory is very large and its a result of aggregation of multiple domains that resulted of aquisitions during years. Meaning that finding out the users id is close to impossible.While i understand that most of the challange is in the complexity of our directory, i wonder if anyone h

Hello,I am looking to build an email which brings together responses from 3 different surveys. The email content should be on the email body so that is easily accessible to the reader. The reader should be able to copy content from the email body and access any hyperlinks.I thought the easy approach was to create a dashboard page and schedule an email export. This allows me to bring consolidated values like NPS/CSAT and structured table view of the responses columns that are required, nevertheless, with this method, I am unable to get editable content in the email body, as all widgets are injected into the email as images. I am able to export a pdf format but that means that it would be an attachment to the email and not on the email body.Any ideas please?Thank you
Hi, I am having questions on the use of QSI.API.run. I was under the understanding that by using it I could force the intercept to run and evaluate all conditions. I am trying to run a test using Chrome console and when I run this it wont do anything. I am always forced to run QSI.API.unload() and then QSI.API.load() and that will work always.I have tried to configure the Intercept to run on page load and as well as "Manual" with JS. But I have NOT configured the Website Project (Project Loading Options:To manually load/unload a Project, use the JavaScript API.) . I don't think this should impact, but I want to make sure to share with you.
Hi,I am working on a project where I have a block of 4 questions. 3 of these questions have a weight of 30% and 1 a weight of 10%. Each question is a multiple choice. Each choice has a decimal scoring associated. I need to calculate a score for the block. I have 2 questions:what is the best design approach? scoring, weighting (survey or dashboard), custom metrics?I am planning to go with the use of custom metrics to achieve the block score through a dashboard widget. Use the survey question recode for assigning the decimal scores and use custom metrics in the dashboard to calculate the weight. But I found that I can't seem to add decimal numbers to the custom metrics formula. e.g. [(0.1*Q1score)+(0.3*Q2score)+(0.3*Q3score)+(0.3*Q4score)/4]Thank you
Hi,I am using a intercept that displays a creative to ask the respondent if they would take a survey. When they select the yes button, this opens the survey on a separate. At this point I would like to display a message to the respondent to thank him for accepting to take the survey. I thought about using another creative to display the message, like a pop under or so. But I a missing how to link the action to call the thank you intercept after you select yes.
Hello,I have asked if Qualtrics has a way to automatically delete/remove users from a mailing list based on a schedule. To my knowledge this is not possible, but this raised another question. How are others doing to address privacy regulations like GDPR, or CCPA, where in many cases not only consent is required but also securing fair use will request that once a purpose for the data is achieve this data should be deleted?What are your thoughts?

Hi all,I have a 2 fold question. I am working on a survey, which is displayed as part of an intercept. At some point one of the survey has a multiple choice question asking what would the respondent like to do next. 1. Take a survey or 2. Speak to an agent. If opt 2 is selected I have display logic that displays a text question with a piece of text saying "please wait while we redirect you". What is meant to happen next is that after this question the person is taken to end of survey. As part of the question I have included a piece JS code (code below) that will open the website contact us page in a separate tab. It is a requirement that the contact us page opens in a separate tab/window.This is all working... for a while... without any known trigger, It "seems" that the survey gets corrupted and the all process fails when the recipient selects the opt2 and click next, which should trigger the process I explained above. Hello, when creating a Creative, I can specify the size of the creative. Is there a way of using a dynamic size that would be a % of the screen size? The _use case_ here is where you push a creative and the website could be consumed in a laptop monitor, external monitor or even a table. All these will have different screen sizes/resolutions, especially if you consider rotation for the assets that support it (e.g. tablets). Fixed-size creatives will make the creative oversizes in some cases, Have you come across this challenge and how have you handled it? thank you

Hello, I am trying to build an email using HTML as a source. In the email I would like to have a button with text "Survey Link" which in reality is a pipe text.(e.g. ${l://SurveyLink?d=Survey Link}. When i try to wrap the pipe text as text into a ref, I noticed that when sending the email the pipe text removed some of my html and replaces for its own, meaning that I am unable to use it as the text content of a button, or even overlay an image (the button) with the pipe text. Any ideas?
*UPDATE:11/03/2020* By default, I have a footer that shows up in all survey pages. I need the footer to display only on the 1st display page. In order to get the footer to display only on the first page I am using attaching this jquery to all pages where I want the footer hidden. *jQuery("#Footer").hide();* this is now working. The issue I am having now is that based on a link condition, the first page of the survey can be page1 or page2. This means. I have 2 scenarios. 1. I access the survey using link1. This should start on pag1, pag2, pag3. Footer displays only on pag1. and hidden by the jquery on subsequent pages. 2. I access the survey using link2. This should start display pag2 first. Footer is not displayed and hidden by jquery I applied. Any ideas? ********** I am using the footer to display a disclaimer. The message is meant to be presented only on the 1st page of the survey.
