You can create dummy email address like abc1@xyz.com, abc2@xyz.com etc. and then you can apply authenticator in your survey flow and validate it with employee number or phone number etc. Then you can send survey via text message on their phone number. You can then use a QR code and have them enter in whichever option you chose to authenticate.

For us, it depends on the number being distributed. We have had lists with over 24,000 people and it takes a while to send all. I have to update my dashboard with the number sent, so sometimes it takes over an hour or more.
From what I was told, you can't change the colors in the bubbles. However, we created a dashboard with widgets, and you can change the colors in those widgets like in any other widgets.
We created a separate field as we do something similar, but we have to account for a block of questions. We do this at the bottom of the survey.Then in Embedded data we add these fields together and use that field name for the calculation

Yes, the problem we are having is that if a person selects 4 or more, it is difficult to remove the extra selections.
Thank you, but the respondent is still able to select 4-6. We want them to rank their top three only, in the order of importance to them.
Are you just looking to delete them all together?
I do this quite often. I go to Data and Analysis and either filter by date, or delete them before deploying the survey. Hope this helps!
I communicated with Ben Granger from Qualtrics yesterday and they are in the process of updating the gender question. We are getting ready to add those two questions to our survey, so I went right to him for help. I am currently waiting for a reply from the team that is revising that question and also more information on the race question.

Suraj,What I have is two identical surveys and I need to put the raw data from one survey into another. Both surveys are in use. The client used an incorrect link to the first and I need to get their data in with the correct data in the survey they should have used as we are segmenting due to Covid-19. I hope that makes it more clear.
I do the same now with creating pages and not sharing them. Qualtrics should consider a function to move Private to Published.
Unfortunately, we have 250,000 records that we just ran an API on and doing anything in the survey flow is not an option at this point :( Hoping there may be another workaround for it as we talked through this with Qualtrics before running the API and now seems there is an additional issue.
