Thanks @TomG , I looked through the API and what I found that could be useful would be the search contact POST: https://api.qualtrics.com/reference#directory-contacts-search In that case, for a given respondent I would have to search for it by it's email, and grab LastEmailDate or LastInviteDate. The only problem I see with that is that this directory contact will have several hundreds of thousands of contacts, and if the time to search for a contact grows linearly with the size of the directory, it can turn very inefficient. Is there another way to do this?
For those with the same problematic, I found a way to detect who is deleting it's tickets: create an Action with a Ticket Event, and set the trigger to "Ticket Deleted", that way you can then create an Email Task that sends you an email with the username assigned to that ticket.

Thanks for your response Matt, I considered all the manual options you said, but the problem is that this logic should be replicated along several surveys, making it very difficult to maintain for the client. The last option would be ideal, but for the moment the IT Team doesn't have the resources to do it, so I will probably stick with the API call to the Contact Directory, since it's the easiest to maintain. Thanks for taking the time to create a post in the Product Ideas category, I hope they listen. It would be great if one could, for example, store a mapping somewhere or add attributes to each user (or use the ones that are available for dashboards in other parts of Qualtrics), and then add those attributes in a condition in Actions or the Survey Flow.

I think you will have to use the API. You can do the following: suppose you have a contact list and you send an email to all the contacts in it. After 48 hours, you download all the contacts of that contact list, all the responses of the survey, and with the email you will know which contacts didn't open the link (because they will not be in the completed or partial responses). Then you can send another email to a different person. When distributing the survey, you would want to do it via Personal Links, so you will have the link itself associated with that contact.

Yes, you can use the API to send a specific survey to a contact list. Check out the following link: https://api.qualtrics.com/reference#distribution-create-1 You will need to collect several ids from your survey, your contact list, the message in the email, etc. Some of this can be obtained by going to Account Settings -> Qualtrics IDs, and the rest would need to be obtained through other API calls.
Have you tried with the "Add Javascript" option? Maybe you could put a small script there that calculates on the spot the date of the 2nd or 4th Tuesday using some Javascript's date library.
Maybe you could use the API for this. You can do a program that runs with a certain frequency, and when it runs it exports the responses from the survey, calculates what brands of apples that need to be shown at that point in time, and via the API updates the question so that it displays the new brand of apples (https://api.qualtrics.com/reference#update-question)

Have you tried adding a Timer question before the video in the survey, and setting "Enable submit after" to the number of seconds that the video lasts?
I don't see how you could do this in real time, unless, as you said, there is a way to embed the code for the prediction in the javascript integration, which probably cannot be done, because you would need at least to download a library once and to be able to use it across all your respondents in that survey, which I doubt is implemented. I don't understand exactly how you modeled the problem with logistic regression, what the targets where, etc., but from what I understood you ran all of that offline, retrieved the weights, and hardcoded them in the survey flow. In the case of trees in general, whether random forests or gbms, you could run the model and calculate the importance of each feature (in this case it would give you the importance of the score of each answer) with a library like 'shap' (https://github.com/slundberg/shap), and use those numbers as your weights. It's messy, but you could end up with something 'similar' to what you had with the logistic regression.
I think it's normal, I have experienced a bit of delay also. I don't have those time constraints but sometimes it takes a couple of minutes before I can see the response.
Go to "Data & Analysis". On the right, you should see "Recorded Responses" and "Responses in progress". Click that one and you will see those who have not yet completed the survey.
