Text IQ Error Message

Since you mentioned that tech support hasn't been helpful, you might try and Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that any cached data isn't causing the issue or try using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists.you should also Review the Upload Process and Double-check the data upload process to ensure there are no issues during the upload itself.also maybe check the data format in some case.. a possibility i guess If still you feel like issue ain’t resolving try reaching  out to Qualtrics Support once more,

Pre-test and Post-test analysis HELP!

Hi as per my understanding you can try to use a common identifier between both the surveys and link that identifier in the second link using query string and can use workflow (email trigger) to distribute the second survey after pre surveyhttps://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/standard-elements/passing-information-through-query-strings/ for example : customer_id is the unique indentifer in the survey1 . You can embed the customer_id in the survey 2 link using query string . That way you will be able to identify the responses. please let me know if this works.

   @Shivamvig_sv, @dxconnamnguyen  Hi, I was able to solve the issue by using the Qualtrics solution.   - https://community.qualtrics.com/custom-code-12/convert-dob-to-age-22806?postid=77398#post77398 Specifically, I added the HTML code to the header in the "look and feel" tab instead of ‘In the Question text (HTML view)’. Then, in the JavaScript of that specific question, I explicitly declared the QID instead of using "this.questionid".    @Mannila That’s great actually, i meant the quite same while suggesting for adding the QID explicitly. it’s good it worked.

Hi @Shivamvig_sv, Thank you so much for your ongoing help in resolving this issue. I have tried both of your suggestions, but unfortunately, I did not achieve any success. When I updated the code as suggested, I noticed that the date picker is no longer accessible when I preview the survey. I understand that I need to call the class "your-element-class" again in the HTML of the question, but I am not sure where and how to do this. Every time a new entry is added to the contact list, a blank entry is also generated.

It seems like you might be experiencing a technical issue with Qualtrics where new entries are generating blank records, even though the "update existing list members" checkbox is not selected. This could be due to a configuration or setting problem. Also @Mannila If you've already implemented the addOnUnload function properly and the issue persists, it's worth double-checking that the function is indeed being called and the date picker instance is being destroyed when the page unloads. You could add a simple console.log statement within the addOnUnload function to see if it's being triggered as expected. For example: Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnUnload(function() {    console.log("Unloading page. Destroying date picker...");    picker.destroy();}); This way, you can check your browser's console log to confirm whether the function is being executed when you navigate away from the page. How to use transaction date on dashboard?

If the transaction date in ISO-8601 format is being accurately picked up during distribution but appears blank in the Data & Analysis tab as well as the dashboard, there might be a formatting or mapping issue.check for field mapping or date format settingsalso have a look at the dashboard Configuration or Check if there are any filters or settings in the Data & Analysis tab that might be causing the transaction date to appear blank. Make sure the date field is selected for analysis.

Your code seems fine, and the issue might be due to how the Pikaday date picker instance is managed across different pages of your Qualtrics survey. To ensure that the date picker doesn't persist on subsequent pages, you should make sure that the Pikaday instance is properly destroyed when the page changes.You can do this by adding the following code to your addOnload function:Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addOnUnload(function() {    picker.destroy();});This code will ensure that the Pikaday instance is destroyed when the page unloads, preventing it from lingering on subsequent pages. QR code issue

It sounds like the QR code is still referencing the old preview version of your survey. To update it to the published version, you'll need to generate a new QR code using the link to the published survey. This new QR code will direct users to the updated and published version of your survey.

Export Comments from a Dashboard Widget

exporting comments directly from Response Ticker widgets in Qualtrics dashboards might not be a built-in feature. Qualtrics dashboards are generally more focused on visualizing data rather than providing detailed comment export capabilities.If you need to export comments left by viewers in Response Ticker widgets, you might need to Consider setting up a process where comments are collected in a separate survey (if feasible), where you can export them easily as part of your survey data or Manually copy and paste the comments from the dashboard into a separate document for export.

there is no direct way to create a custom Dashboard User Role with the ability to export data from specific widgets while restricting access to the entire dashboard.
