Survey Email Notification Description - "Final"?

Hello When I compose an email and generate a survey link, the  email notification description always has “XXXX - Final”. When a survey is closed and I receive an email notification that includes a copy of “Response Summary” the description always has "XXXX - Final”.  I want the “XXXX” to be there but not the “Final” part. I have yet to figure out how to remove this as I do not see it say “Final” in workflow or anywhere else. Was not sure if this is a feature in Qualtrics that cannot be changed or not. I do not see if in the workflow feature either, so really confused where this "Final’’ part is coming from and it can be removed or changed.

Where is the Directory Settings, specifically the Rules

I see the Directory but I do not see  “Settings” anywhere as shown in the user guide. I am wanting to change the “Contact Frequency Rules” along with some other items. What am I missing?

Training Guides

Where do I find the general training guide walkthrough that goes through all the details and steps about creating a survey, and all the how all the features/functions work?I remember that was like PDF/Word version and all I can find now is videos.

Help - All my surveys appear missing!!!

I have not made any changes, when I go into Data & Analysis to look at my survey responses it says "Your responses are being re-indexed for speedier viewing and will appear shortly." I have been waiting for 20 minutes. What is more concerning is that in the upper right corner of the screen it says Recorded Responses 0/136 and Last Recorded Collected: Never - Inactive.I hope I did not lose all the survey responses, please help!

Progress Bar Progression

HelloI have six blocks with a total of 50 questions which results in about 8 pages in the survey. I use a variety of question types. The progress bar stays at 0% until you are on the third block or about half way done they survey then it jumps to 67%. I would like for the percentage to update as you progress through each question and page so that is shows like 10, 20, 30%, Please help.

Form Field Question Spacing Issues

Hello I have a form field question with four open text fields. When I am in Qualtrics edit/creation mode I can increase the length and width. However it does not appear to change when you actually go into the survey after saving and publishing. I have attached two screen shots to show. I need to increase the length/width of the "application and environmental sections" so they are larger. I can not seem to figure out what the issue is. Appear to be larger during the edit.docx

Custom Submit Button Color

HelloI am trying to find out how to change the color of only the "submit" button. In my survey the button is labeled "Customer Care Only". (1) Survey being Duplicated Multiple Times

HelloI have not made any changes to my survey and all of a sudden there is one response that was completed months ago is showing up multiple times in the Data & Analysis results as if it were just submitted. It only seems to be doing this for one specific survey. See BW Flexible Systems. Any ideas on what is causing this? I have it set up so that each link can only be used once (unique) .

Easy Button - Generating a unique URL that is visible/accessible to multiple users

HelloI am curious to know if there is an easy and/or faster way to generate a Survey Link than the current process. Current process is I have to log into Qualtrics, find the survey project, click on Distribution, then click on generate email, then fill out a fields and then send it.Is there a "Generate" new button link or something?Is there a way to use a base URL link and then add something to the end of the URL string (for example the Customers Name or Reference #) and it will be a unique survey link that can be used?Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Need Suggestions - How to Prevent Users from Submitting Survey

HelloI am looking for suggestions or ideas on how to address an issue. The issue is users who fill out the survey are submitting the survey (by clicking on the "Next" button on the last page) of they survey. I (the admin) then has to go in Qualtrics, find the survey and select "retake response". In my process and how we are using the survey is that a user will fill out the survey, advised when they are done updating the survey (via email) and then an administrator (me) will review the survey, add some notes and then submit the survey by clicking on the next button. It appears you cannot "lock" or password protect the "Next" button specifically. I have clear instructions in the survey with visuals that say DO NOT SUBMIT survey however people still do it. I have even changed the "Next" button on the last page to say "For Admin Only" however this still does not prevent users from submitting the survey. Looking for other ideas on how to prevent users from submitting the surveys.

Retake Response Updated Survey Info Not Visible

I issue unique surveys via email distribution. Situation: a user will submit the survey (by accident) and the survey information need to be changed or more information added. I select "retake response" and provide the new link to the user. The user will then add additional information to the survey. Users are instructed not to submit the survey because an admin reviews the survey first before submitting and ultimately closing the survey. The ISSUE is when the user adds additional information to the retake survey link the "new/updated" information is not visible to anyone else (admin) who goes into the survey link. The user will see the updated information but not the admin or anyone else who views the survey. This happens every time, I am not sure what is causing it or how to fix it. This has become a frustrating issue for both users and admin. Any help would be most appreciated!

No Permission to Use Panels

HelloOut of nowhere I am getting this error when I am on the "Distribution" tab. It appears I am able to access and do everything else within my project but It will not allow me to compose an email to create a link? My co administrator is getting the same pop-up.Anyone know what is causing this or how to fix?

Attachments Do Not Open In Survey

HelloFor whatever reason as of late multiple people are unable to view/download attachments in the surveys. When they click on the link that was uploaded to the survey, it asked you to "open" and not save/download/view?Help

Spacing Between Answers

HelloI believe what I need may require some coding/programming. The question type is a "Form Field" and one that has three labels (company name, customer name, email address), then there is the field to enter the data. I need to increase the spacing between these labels so they are completely horizontal and not layered. I attached a screen short, This way it is easier to read and not so cramped together, thanks. Hoping that labels can be completely horizontal so there are not two layers to the lables.docx

Survey Email Triggers/Notification

HelloWhen a user submits a survey I have it where it sends me a email notification. It does not seem there is any way to really customize/modify the content/format of the email. Want I need the email to have is all the question in the survey even if they are not answered or if any text was entered. Is this possible?

Forward/Back Button

HelloMy survey currently has "Previous" and 'Next' button however all of a sudden after months one of the block/pages no longer has the verbiage there. Its just an arrow. I did not change anything. Hoping someone can help me figure out how to change the buttons back to say Previous and Next. Thanks

Survey Response PDF Export - This question was not displayed to the Respondent"

HelloRecently for some reason the PDF export of a completed survey has 1 question that is grayed out and it says "this question was not displayed". When I go and look at preview survey, everything looks correct. The only thing I did recently was copy the question, made some small verbiage changes, then deleted the original question and added the new one.

Updating Existing Survey Question - Not working.

HelloA survey was submitted, I got into Qualtrics, review the response and click on edit. I change one of the answers. I then got to export to PDF however it is still showing the original answer/information and not the updated. I have tried this 5 times over 20 minutes Help

Submit Button - Change Color

Is it possible to change the color of just the submit button and all the previous/next buttons stay the default color selected in the look/feel section?Was hoping to change the color of the submit button to a mid-dark Yellow or green.

Retake Survey Link

HelloI am trying to build in a retake survey link email notification that gets sent out as soon as someone submits the survey. I followed the instructions here - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/data-and-analysis-module/retake-survey-link/#BuildingARetakeLinkHowever when I get the retake link, none of the information/data was saved from the original response. I would like the original response data/information to be saved and transferred over to the retake link.

Custom Shareable Survey URL

HelloIs it possible to have a survey URL that is customizable to make it unique and shareable. I know Qualtrics offers anonymous links however they are not sharable, meaning two different users can not access and use the survey. The other options Qualtrics offers is composing an email which creates a unique URL that is shareable, however this takes time and requires going into Qualtrics every time and composing an email. What I am trying to do is have a base default URL that I can add something to the end of the URL (i.e. Customers Name) to make it unique and most importantly shareable so I do not have to compose an email every. Any help would be appreciated or if someone can point me in the right direction.

Table of Contents Skipping Blocks Flow

Hello I have five blocks in my Table of Contents. Each block has 5-10 questions within two or three pages. The users of my survey will need to answer some questions and then come back later to answer other questions. When a user progresses from one block to another Qualtrics considers the previous block to be "completed". Users for my survey often times need to jump around and return to different blocks as the gather and enter information for the questions. I want Qualtrics to progress in a linear fashion from block to block regardless if the systems thinks the block is completed. This is a nuisance for users because when the return to the survey and Qualtrics has classified each block as closed the users is automatically taken to the last "submit" page. I need to have a Table of Contents / Qualtrics that allows user to progress from block to block using the next/forward buttons and not automatically jump to a block that is not considered "completed".
