I see the Directory but I do not see “Settings” anywhere as shown in the user guide. I am wanting to change the “Contact Frequency Rules” along with some other items.

I see the Directory but I do not see “Settings” anywhere as shown in the user guide. I am wanting to change the “Contact Frequency Rules” along with some other items.

The Contact Frequency Rules are only available in Brand Admin accounts. Contact your organization’s Brand Admin to request that these settings be adjusted.
