Updating Existing Survey Question - Not working.

Hello
A survey was submitted, I got into Qualtrics, review the response and click on edit. I change one of the answers. I then got to export to PDF however it is still showing the original answer/information and not the updated. I have tried this 5 times over 20 minutes Help

I will add that when I look at the survey response after updating and before exporting to a PDF it shows the updated response. So confused.
