I am using Qualtrics to create online forms. I my forms, I have some "Essay Text Box" entries (or "Multi line"). I am using email triggers to deliver form replies via email and include those "Essay Text Box" entries into email body as piped text ${q://QID16/ChoiceTextEntryValue}. Unfortunately, the new lines formatting from the original text is not preserved. For example, if "Essay Text Box" entry was typed with multiple lines as: _I want this text to be readable_ then, in emailed message it becomes just one line: _I want this text to be readable_ Is there a way to preserve the original lines (new line) formatting? I also insert piped text into "From Name:" and "Reply-To Email:" of emal triggers, which works well. Such feature seems to be not available in email Tasks. For that reason, I am not able to use Tasks instead of email triggers. Thanks
I have just one anonymous survey, which is used as an online form for students at my university.Via this form, students submit their course registration requests, etc. So, every day, up to 50 students submit the form.Let's say, in Question 30, a student respondent has answered "Yes". In Qualtrics environment, I need to create a global counter which is incremented by one with each such answer "Yes". For example, if 300 student have answered "Yes", the counter will be incremented to 300. How to create such a counter? Where will it be stored?In my actual case, I will need not just one, but 5 such global counters, each of which is incremented depending on the answer in certain five survey questions.

My survey consists of several blocks which must be completed in a certain order. For example, Block-3 is a prerequisite for Block-4 and Block-1 is a prerequisite for Block-3.I want to add a TOC with all blocks listed at the beginning of survey. However, I want a block to become assessable from TOC only after its prerequisite blocks have been already completed . For example, Block-4 will become assessable from TOC only after both Block-1 and Block-3 have been completed.By "already completed" I mean that, in prerequisite blocks, all questions with "force response" designation must be completed.Effectively, I want to prevent a respondent skipping unanswered questions/blocks forward with help of TOC , but will allow jumping backwards.In other words, I want to use TOC as a list of global anchors
I want to create a 'Help' link in the sidebar. If respondent clicks 'Help', then he will jump to the special 'Help' block, which is not a part of the main survey flow. It is somewhat similar to TOC. I often, almost daily, update the content/questions in my survey.However, to see the new (updated) content, respondents, on their side, have to reload the survey in their web browser.How can I, on my side, force all of them to reload the survey on their side?I do not care if partial responses will be lost. I do care that respondents see the updated content as soon as it's updated on my side.
Every time I create a new question in Reach Content Editor and insert a new URL link, the 'target' appears 'not set'. So I have to manually change it "New Window (_blank)"How I can change Reach Content Editor settings or my Qualtrics account settings, so that target is always set to "New Window (_blank)" by default?
