How to back up/restore and export my 'Messages Library'?

When exporting a survey as a QSF file, is "Messages Library " included into the QSF file?
If not, how can I manually back up/restore my Messages Library within the same account?
Also, how can I manually export/move my Messages Library to another account?

I'm not sure about QSF files, but if I had to bet, I would say that the Message Library is not exported with it.
If your account and the account you're trying to move messages to are part of the same Qualtrics enterprise account, you can save them to a shared library for your organization. But if the accounts are separate, individual ones, I'm not aware of a built-in way to copy or move them between accounts.
