Hi Piyush, We follow Least fill to balance quota. You can find the option available in Quotas. Though, I am not pretty sure but there is no cap on variables as such.

Go to Admin - > Users -> Select the user email id -> Choose Survey Platform Tab -> Scroll down to the end until you reach "Allowed Responses" -> Click Override and set the required no you want to allow for the user. Ah.. ok. It seems the question is setup as matrix question. In that case, you need to add top box/bottom box metrics instead of count and then add each scale point individually as top box / bottom box. Please refer the screenshot below: 1. ! 2. ! 3. !
Click on the gear icon from the top tab which will take you to mapping section and then locate the question in this case it would be Q1 and then add alphabets next to each scale point. Hi Joyca, There is a workaround for this. As you can still sort columns alphabetically. So, you can append alphabets for each scale as labels in mapping section. For an instance, let's say you want to show Extremely good as first column then in the mapping section rename it as A. Extremely good follow up with B. Moderately good and so on. This would help you to show the scale points in customize order you want. Hope this helps!
If your Drill Down file contains more than 1,000 rows, you will not be able to use the Drill Down question in Piped Text, Display Logic, or Carry Forward.
@HE_Survey - it seems 3206 answers have been imported successfully. However you can't put base any logic on this question. Considering it has more than 3206 rows. Could you please clarify, on your use case requirement? So, that I can explore it further.
Thanks psanders for clarifying. There is an alternative, however this may involve javascript code and this approach will work for new respondents and those who haven't submitted the responses yet. The reason behind this is the functionality of Qualtrics where any change made to survey will only be reflected to those who haven't completed the survey. Hi Jeremy, I can understand. This is tedious task however there is no other way to manual formatting the spaces between questions and answers to maintain the consistency and appearance. Yes, you are right with some editing on word doc , you can avoid re-build survey from scratch. There are two ways you can format using simple format or Advanced format txt file. Same steps needs to be followed for doc format as well. @GraemeH , The only other option would be to use formula as Ternary operator. An expression a ? b : c evaluates to b if the value of a is true, and otherwise to c. This is advisable for limited no of options in the answer list else we have to use pipe in function. Hope this helps!
