How to cap the number of completed surveys by Qualtrics user account?

Hi, I'm a new user from Belgium, working in Marketing. As admin for a team, I'm looking for a way to cap the number of completed surveys that each user will be allowed to. I looked into the support / Admin / Manage Existing Users, but I only found a way to set an expiry date to the account of the users. Is there a way to limit the number of completed surveys per user, without setting any expiration date?

@DimitriF - This is feasible. Go to Admin - > Users -> Select the user email id -> Choose Survey Platform Tab -> Scroll down to the end until you reach "Allowed Responses" -> Click Override and set the required no you want to allow for the user. Below is the screenshot: ! Above is to set the cap for allowed response for all surveys at account level. You can also set the limit or cap per survey as well : Below is the screenshot: !
