Hello everybody! I am trying to set up an automation in my XM Directory to upload my contacts from google drive, I am not sure if in the field where I have to put the "File location" can I put the url from the my google drive folder or something different.

Hi Isabel - You need to configure the import source as Google Drive. Below is screenshot:

Then add the credentials and thats all. Refer screenshot below:

Hello @Eesh thanks for your answer, but that was not what I needed, Qualtrics support answered my question, I was pasting in the field the URL from the folder and I just had to put the name of the folder
"The reason why your Google Drive import automation is failing is because the Name, not the URL of the folder must be specified in this section. Once you replace the URL with the name of the folder, the automation should run normally.



If your folder (e.g. Folder1a) is within another folder (e.g. Folder1), specify Folder1/Folder1a as the folder name. "
