Hello everybody! I am trying to set up an automation in my XM Directory to upload my contacts from google drive, I am not sure if in the field where I have to put the "File location" can I put the url from the my google drive folder or something different. !

Hello @Eesh thanks for your answer, but that was not what I needed, Qualtrics support answered my question, I was pasting in the field the URL from the folder and I just had to put the name of the folder

Hi Isabel - You need to configure the import source as Google Drive. Below is screenshot:!Then add the credentials and thats all. Refer screenshot below:!
