Hi there,In workflow testing:in case you are testing multiple workflows at the same time, I would suggest to separate them while testing in order to not “waste” any email address. If you are testing both contact import and survey distribution, be sure the first one is ok before enabling the second one. You can flag an options to consider both historical data upload and actual survey responses as survey responses that can trigger the workflow. Uploading historical data can be useful to generate a lot of responses avoiding annoying embedded data addiction to test response generation.
Hi @Eldon,I see two possible answers at the moment.Contact frequency rules/Identity resolution rules: In case you want to set contact frequency rules exception you have the limit of 19 per Directory. In this case you could need another Directory to have 19 more. In case you need to apply different deduplication logics based on data you have, you may need, for example, to set Identity resolution based on Email within a Directory and another embedded data in a second one. Further customer segmentation: You may need to organize your customer dividing them depending on the rules You may have a lot of automations running on and consequently a huge number of contact lists. In this case, you could avoid caos within your data. Best, Carlo

Salesforce is set up to receive a text value, since we don’t need to use it as a date.The embedded data in the survey flow is set as text as well, i think the problem occurs cause:DT_COMPETENCE = ${date://CurrentDate/d%2Fm%2FY}The problem is that i need DT_COMPETENCE to a be a text.

Good morning, I have used Qualtrics quite a bit, which is why my question was very specific.Random links attached don’t add any value to the conversation, unfortunately.I am sorry to see what @dxconnamnguyen confirms to me: you cannot disable the ability to edit workflows for users who can edit surveys.This poses a problem, since the configuration of workflows may involve integration with external systems, to which it may be necessary to restrict access. Hi, I have two questions related to this CarolK:1) once .csv are imported in Qualtrics form STFP are they deleted from STFP folder?2) if I have to set up a new STFP folder including X csv to distribute X surveys, which is the best practice? do I have to create multiple folders (ex.
