Okay, thanks! For anyone looking in the future, here’s how it seems to go, using the api docs linked above:Loop through all user IDs in your brand and send the post to generate an API token. If the user doesn’t already have an API token, you’ll get a 200OK and an API token returned. Use this API token to generate a list of surveys If the user does already have an API token, you’ll get a 400 bad request. For this user, instead call the get user api endpoint. Use the returned API token to generate a list of surveys.
Well, it's now been almost two years. This was one of the first search results when I searched to mass delete users, so I'm updating for future folks. I just talked to support - there's no way to do it through the website. You can do it via the API: https://api.qualtrics.com/078ef0408da92-delete-user which I haven't tried yet but assume works.
Hello, for anyone else with this problem. I just worked around it and removed the flatpickr for pre-existing dates and added instructions to the user "it'll be format 2022-02-21 if prefilled and format September 02, 2012 if not". There's a "default date" option in flatpickr, but I couldn't get it to save upon submitting the survey. Then to the JS on the question, I added an if/else if ("${e://Field/doseDate1}" ) { jQuery("#"+this.questionId+" .InputText").val("${e://Field/doseDate1}");}else {jQuery("#"+this.questionId+" .InputText").flatpickr( { altInput: true, altFormat: "F j, Y", maxDate: new Date(), dateFormat: "Y-m-d", })};
Hello,For future reference (or if anyone wants to clean up code), I can't get the web service owner to give me a leveled structure. What I have done as a workaround is put JavaScript directly on a question in the survey (right after I get the query data). I think I figured it out but am leaving the question in case anyone else has it.On the action email task, I put a condition - If Q_URL does not contain DEL AND Q_URL does not contain Q_R. Because the URL only has that the second time around.(It's embedded data).
Actually, this totally works enough and I don't think it needs more effort. They can deal with a cap. Thank you again!!!!
That's awesome, thank you!!!!!!! One last thing. The Side by Side question has 2 headers at the top of the left column and 1 at the top of the right column. How do I remove now one header? Hard to understand without a concrete use case. As a brainstorm...Maybe in your survey, you could have a question: "Enter the email address you'd like to forward a question to". Then you could have a question: "Which previous question would you like to email to that person?" with a list of the questions/answers. In survey flow, set some embedded data to hold the question that should be forwarded along.Then you could set up an Action with Email Task, where the email To field is piped text of the email address question, and the text box in the email can use piped text to get the embedded data.
First you will need to somehow get the number of completed questions. I don't know specifically about the COVID-19 solutions, but if you have a survey, you can use Print under Tools to print it or save it as a PDF. Heyo, I doubt you still need the answer to this, but just in case - you can't export all the PDFs at once (sadly - I know because I asked support this same question recently), but you could use an action trigger to email the students the report upon survey completion, which might be an okay workaround.
I'd like to preface that I don't know if this is the best solution, but this is what we did.We wanted to give out an Amazon gift card to users. We worked off the raffle doc page as a base: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/creating-an-anonymized-raffle/Note especially the bit at the top to try and prevent people from just blasting through the survey for the gift card (e.g. making sure people can't take the survey more than once - check the ballot box stuffing in survey options. but the user can clear their cookies or use a different browser to get around that... incentives are inherently risky).To keep it anonymous, we had 2 surveys , just like the raffle page has- one with the actual questions, and a second that asked for the user's email for the gift card. For the main survey, referring to the raffle page, instead of having a question in the survey "Would you like to enter the raffle" as in the docs, we just changed the regular survey flow end to b
Oh! Sure, of course Cphu .I would caveat that this might depend on your license, but the answer for us was basically "no limit, it's fine":There is no total storage limit per survey or brand. For peace of mind, you can download and delete file uploads as you go, but there's no cap.Also, in a single survey, you can have as many File Upload questions in your survey as you would like, however, each question can accept only one uploaded file. Each file uploaded can be up to 100MB.

Did you ever get past the 2nd tour panel @bruceK ? I have one hour to go through the new crosstabs functionality for my team next week, and opening it up, I first saw this: ! And then when it finally loaded (35 minutes later), none of the actual data came with it, so on the tour screen, I got stuck here: ! Which is just insane.
Oh, and these were the hard parts for me to figure out. I don't know if it's the most efficient way, but it worked for me. So when I called all the users, I added all users to a list, which I did with: `users += response.json()['result']['elements']` Then I looped through the list to make the call for the specific user, `baseUrl = specific_users_api__url + user['id'] to make the URL for the specific User call, and then for the response that was returned for that user: `if response.json()['result']['permissions']['controlPanel']['accountPermissions']['accessApi']['calculatedState'] == "on":` @blackroseenvy i hope this tags you and you saw the previous post with the links.

Hi @automaticadd I hope that your account is still active and you get this! I'm just wondering if you found a solution to this problem outside of JavaScript - I need to do the same thing ("list all classes you've taken" which could be 1 or 100), and while I could probably write the JavaScript, it's definitely beyond the capabilities of some of my collaborators to understand. It seems like just leaving 50 blank lines is the best option, which I can just put on its own page, but that's going to make a mess out of the response table.
Overall, that's good advice for the future except with the time limit of getting this specific project's analysis done now versus learning a new programming language from scratch. I'll start trying to figure it out, sure, for lack of any other plan. Sorry about your system. Good luck! Meanwhile, if anyone does know a way to do this in Qualtrics or has other ideas, please let me know. Thanks!
