If you chart response count (either as numbers or probably more likely as a percentage of responses) over time, you can add a filter to the count metric. So if you have one count metric with a filter that only captures Promoters and another count metric with a filter that only captures Detractors, I think that's what you want.
If you are trying to email responses on a schedule as opposed to based on when the survey comes in, I would recommend one of these approaches rather than the actions. Another approach could be to have only six blocks and using embedded data and piped text to determine how the six blocks are presented. It depends on how you're meaning to present everything, but if you can pipe in text based on authors and text, you can randomize the order of both in javascript. Are you able to show a screenshot of all your display logic (with certain parts blurred if necessary)?Also, I don't know how much you can test if it's showing up in production, but you can try passing recorded site history as an embedded data field (you have to add it as embedded data in the intercept project and also add the field to the survey flow in the survey project) to see how Qualtrics is reading the urls it's hitting and seeing if that matches with your logic.
If you are distributing a survey through the email distribution in Qualtrics, you can allow for surveys to be completed multiple times under Advanced Options and Link Type: Multiple Completes.However, if you're trying to avoid uploading contact lists and using the email distribution functionality, then maybe the embedded data method you're considering involves passing that field as a parameter in the url? So if your survey url is https://yoursurvey.qualtrics.com, you can provide a participant with the following link instead: https://yoursurvey.qualtrics.com?id=Tymon then as long as you add 'id' to your survey flow and leave it blank as 'Value will be set from Panel or URL' then a participant can use that link as many times as necessary and each time, the 'id' field will take on the value of 'Tymon' in that example. I tried to set up the same thing and it worked, so I don't know where your error is happening. Do you have that branch in the survey flow immediately after the block that contains the bot question and before the block(s) for the questions you want to follow?
Is your randonmizer only selecting one element (ie Set Embedded Data OR Branch)? Does it work if you group the branches you want to the embedded data selections you want like this?
How are the 'ticket groups' meant to work with tickets that are assigned to teams under 'owner'? Would members of the team as well as members of the group both have access, with the team members essentially being treated as group members with the 'edit' role? Or is the new groups functionality meant to replace assigning tickets to a team under 'owner'?

To do this without js, you can use embedded data fields in the survey flow. Create two embedded data fields that are both equal to 1 and then create a branch where if q1 is yes, overwrite those embedded data field to be equal to the recoded values of 1.1 and 1.2.
I think this is actually achievable in survey flow with branching and random numbers. There are a few different ways (all somewhat tedious) to do this. I would probably favor:create a couple embedded data fields in the survey flow immediately after this matrix question. Set 'lottery' equal to either A or B, depending on the respondents selection. And set 'decisionSituation' to a random integer between 1 and 10.optionally, create another embedded data fields called 'explanation' and create 10 branches that describe in english each decision situation. This might be easiest to do in the survey flow depending on how you're organizing your groups there. I'm not sure there's a better approach than the methodical one of duplicating all questions a second half of each block, but adding display logic to each of the duplicates so that they only display if the first question is unanswered. You would have answers stored in two separate questions, but you can have an embedded data field combine those responses.

I realize this is an older thread, but an easier solution might be to create an embedded data field (as described, or just blank if the survey is completed) and use a combination of filtering a response editing.Response Editing | You would have to just do it once per multiple choice. Filter the data to show only where QID5 = 'yes' OR QID10 = 'yes', and edit your new embedded data field to equal 'yes'. Do the same for 'no' and/or whatever other response options you have.

Is there a specific issue that enabling the back button (under Survey Options -> Survey Experience) is causing? If your elements are in the survey flow before the first question block, I don't think there should be issues using the back button within a question block.
This should be do-able within the survey flow. Create some embedded data fields (I'll call them npsGroup and npsScore) and branches where if NPS is over 8, npsGroup will equal Promoter and npsScore will equal 100. If NPS is 7 or 8, create a branch and set npsGroup equal to Passive and npsScore equal to 0. And then if NPS is less than 7, create a branch and set npsGroup equal to Detractor and npsScore equal to -100.
You would have to define your topics in the survey flow and set the conditions based on the resulting Embedded Data. Can you use the 'Descriptive Text' question type under 'Static Content' and then choose the type to be 'File' rather than 'Text'? That allows you to upload a file.
In that case the Embedded Data Field won't be populated when the ToC is showing up, so you wouldn't be able to do anything with it.
But what will come first in the survey? The question with the dropdown that determines the embedded data value or the ToC.
