How do you embedded Qualtrics survey into campaign monitor email

@Sachin Nandikol Thank you but you missed the important part that We wanted to send the out survey using Campaign Monitor not thru Qualtrics.  We decided that people would take it as spam so we are going to try to figure a different way to get feedback.

I need custom validation to make sure the survey taker can only chose one option per statement

We were trying to keep the look of the survey that she was using that is why we had it setup the way we did.

The boxes are on the left side is Very much like this Child and Sort of like this childThe boxes are on the right side is Sort of like this child and Very much like this childI am using side by side question type somehow I do have the statements in the middle and the two boxes on each side.  To get the statements show right I am put them in a table diving the cell.So for each line you can only pick one of the check box.

What is everyone's policy about use of Save and Continue option?

TomG We like that also plus some of our surveys are long so the researchers want to make sure that the takers can come back and finish. Do you let the takers know it on with a statement?

What is everyone's policy about use of Save and Continue option?

I know for us (I am a brand Admin) don't say anything to the survey taker and most of our users don't even know that there is a save and continue option. So I was wondering what others does with that option. Is there a way for the Admin to turn that option off because I did not find it.

Users having problems with logins

JohnS my IT teams sends me right back to Qualtrics like I said above. But I think it was internet provider company in the rural ND problem for the two we got working. But they have the same provider at the office where it worked but when they are at home it didn't work until last week. So we have one person that still have problems and they have fiber I don't know if they contacted their provider like we asked.

Does adding Google Calendar to the qualtrics survey send the people .ics file?

Deepak so it sounds like the google calendar does not work then. OR how do you get the list from Qualtrics into the calendar? Everyone needs to fill out the survey because each event has limit.What we want is then they click submit that they get the calendar into their calendar and when we make changes it would reflect in their calendar. We have many events going on so we would like to figure this out because they start next week.For the time being I upload the .ics file so they have option to put it in their calendar but since it uploaded file when we make changes it will not affect their calendar like google calendar does.How did you get your setup to work? Is there a way that you can help me setup mine to work?

Deepak when I do the piping for Recipient Email>> Panel Field the workflows fail. When I do the Email or the embedded data the event gets created for each person that signs up for the event instead of one event with everyone's email address. I know when we can get all the email addresses together this system is what we want it just getting all the emails together and one event on the calendar is the hard part. Is there a way to create the panel but send the calendar information but send out the calendar as soon as they sign up?

Deepak I am trying to get the google calendar task (qualtrics.com) to work. When someone signs up it adds a event to the calendar for each person that signs up. I would like just the event to be on the calendar and the people's emails so we can send them edits if needed and the .ics so they can add the event to their calendar.

Working on a fair registration but the results are almost useless because of the use loop and merge

TomG I forgot I was talking about excel because my mind always goes to the word reporting to achieve the desired look. However, this user prefers Excel. I told her we could hard code the workflow she receives on a daily basis to achieve the desired look, but she wants excel so she can sort multiple ways.

We have that question type turned off since we have all non accessible questions turned off since we need to make sure all surveys are accessible.

Sending a custom certificate upon survey completion

You should be able to do piping from question In the survey to bring in the certificate. Type up the certificate in the workflow and send it that way.

There is an option to allow text for each choice in the question so you can do it in one question. Just right click on the choice and you will see Allow text entry and you can tell what size the text you will want to have. You can also do this for matrix questions.
