How can I make drag and drop ranking question accessible?

I have a user that needs to use drag and drop ranking but it is not accessible so I need to find a way to make it accessible for them.

I would echo grahulp5's recommendation to use the Rank Order - Text Box question type. The Rank Order - Radio Button question type will also work here as both question types allow respondents who only use keyboards to navigate the question options.
Alternatively, it is possible to request an override from your organization's Brand Administrator by asking them to enable the "Allow Non-Accessible Surveys" permission for your user.

    I think Qualtrics has a default drag and drop ranking question, you could use that.

    We have that question type turned off since we have all non accessible questions turned off since we need to make sure all surveys are accessible.

    Then you would need to script it via JS and that might be inaccessible on few devices/browsers. I'd suggest to use Qualtric's one because it has basic functionality to drag in ranking question.
    Else you can use textbox ranking instead of drag and drop.
