@Sachin Nandikol Thank you but you missed the important part that We wanted to send the out survey using Campaign Monitor not thru Qualtrics.  We decided that people would take it as spam so we are going to try to figure a different way to get feedback.

Instead of sending emails to the reciepients, you could send it to a dummy email address mapped to a backend server. The server will lookup the real email id from a database and then trigger the campaign monitor API to send the email using the HTML from the Qualtrics email.

This way you can customize your email in Qualtrics and have it delivered via Campaign Monitor or any other email sending service.
