Hi all,We have som transactional surveys happening based on SF integration (e.g. Case closed in SF, survey is sent), and we would like to start sending notifications to the internal team when the survey has been sent. Due to the directory settings, we do not send surveys to the same people within a certain time frame. So if there are multiple time when condition is met the Workflow is triggered each time, but the survey is sent only once.Email task functionality in the workflow was my initial thought, but then it sends emails to the team every time the workflow is triggered, even if the survey sending was blocked by the directory settings.What kind of notification can we use/configure to ensure that it is only sent to the team when the actual survey is sent out? Hi,We would like to have a pilot transactional survey based on Salesforce event. Our current ISO language field is in a different format than what Qualtrics accepts. Can we use a SF country field to set up a language somewhere in Qualtrics Workflow, e.g. javaScript or something to do, for example, if country is France-send the email in French etc. We will do a Salesforce development on the language codes after the pilot, so we need to have an interim solution meanwhile. Hi all,I have a question about adding a historical benchmark for data.Situation: I have a set of historical benchmarks for different Countries. I would like to show this in the format of bar chart to show last year result for this country and then this year result for the same country, then next country same way and so on, for example green: last year, blue: this year.Can I do this using benchmarks editor? Or can I do that any other way than loading the historical data set to the system.
Hi, We are looking to distribute a large number of survey invites using our internal tool (mass distribution). Before Qualtrics we were using another survey tool that was capable of capturing the email address of the respondent using modified anonymous link. I know how to set a static value to the anonymous link, however, have no idea if we can achieve our goal the same way using Qualtrics. We cannot generate links due to a really large number of targeted respondents and we are not allowed to distribute the survey using Qualtrics mailer either.

We have tested a survey several times, removed all distributions, all test data and all test contacts from Directory, but in the the Funnel reporting still takes into consideration the deleted data. Is it refreshing at some point? And if not, what should we do to exclude the deleted data from the reporting, otherwise all our response rates will go wrong.

Hi guys, I somehow cannot figure out the solution. I have a bunch of respondents who will have several values in the same field in the contact list. For example, we want to ask people about their travel experience in the past year. we know that person A visited 5 countries, person B-3 countries and person C only 1. We store country names in the contact list, let's say that there are 300 respondents and a list of 50 countries in total. In the survey we want to ask the respondents set of questions about each of the visited countries separately, specifying the country in the question text. For example: Q1: Did you enjoy visiting "Country 1"? Q2: Did you go sightseeing in "Country 1"? Same set of questions for each of the country this person has visited according to our data. So Person A will see 5 sets of questions, person B-3 sets of questions and Person C-only 1. Hi all,We have a peculiar case of invisible surveys. A user in my company cannot add surveys as sources to the dashboard. When she tries to do so, she sees only several surveys as available to be added, only about 1/3 of all the surveys she owes. She has been buiding dashboards before with no problems.We tried to add the surveys as data sources in the dashboard tab, and then try to add them via Dashboard settings, no luck. She shared the surveys with me, and even as a Brand Admin I have the same issue. We have created a support ticket, but i wonder if anyone has had same problems lately..
Hi all, It is now time for us to fulfil our Privacy policies and remove contacts from XM Directory based on retention policy rules. And here is a showstopper... I cannot search for the contacts in the XM Directory based on created and/or modified date for the time period starting earlier than 12 months ago 😯 I can search max Created/Last modified before October 26, 2020. Like whaaaat?How do I search for those created before e.g. January 1, 2019? Example, I need to search for contacts created before January 1, 2019 and delete those of them last modified before June 1, 2019. How do I do that?

Is it possible to set the template so that it would show comparison between the Company level results and the unit selected in the dashboard?Even with the use of the dashboard there is a need for a ppt report, and we would really like to have the comparison in the report, so there is no need to download the company level one, then the team specific one and then combine them manually.

I hope you can help me :)The setup we have is like a maxdiff (we do not have it in license, so had to improvise):1 Question with 10 options:There is a randomiser set up for this question to randomly and equally present subset of 4 choices out of these 10:The question is on the loop & merge, to randomly present 7 loops:The goal for me is to have an embedded data that will record which option was selected as "Least", which option was selected as "Most" for each loop; and what is the total number each option has been presented ( we want to build a formula out of these three).Unfortunately this question type is not supported by Scoring, which makes my life somewhat difficult at the moment..Please help!
I have noticed that the survey preview is now opening in the same Tab and there is no way to close it and go back to the project other than the Browser "Back button". Wasn't it so that the preview was opening in a new tab? Or am I imagining things?🤨

Hi all,I am struggling to set embedded data field value based on whether a URL contains a certain parameter.I am using a Referer and Q_URL fields and want to set up embedded data based on, e.g. if the URL contains word "product" in it. The link is recorded correctly, but the Embedded data field is not populated. I use the following logic in the Survey flow: I tried recording the value of the Referer / Q_URL in another ED field "Link1" and tried to set the value from that field, but it is also not working. The Link1 field is populated with the correct URL, but the ED field i try to fill in is again empty..

The first sentence clearly specifies that Jane wants to delete all of her data, and the correct option for removing all data will be going to Tools, and selecting Delete data->All responses. Hi, Anyone has issues with SF Sandbox accounts? Our Qualtrics account lost connectivity to SF Sandbox and we are failing to restore it. We tried to connect to a new Sandbox account, but we cannot even add it on the list on Qualtrics side. No error messages appear, just the account information is not saved🙄
Hi all, any tips on sorting values with decimals in the dashboard (simple chart)? I tried to sort different ways, but somehow the widget doesn't recognise the value and, e.g., 0.02 is considered bigger than 0.4. I suspect it can be because of the use of a comma, but these are the results from formulae in Survey flow. I would expect the format to be supported in Dashboards..
