Hi all,
Since the old Admin user reports are going to be deprecated, what is the best way to export all users in the brand with user types as an Excel file? The new User engagement report doesn't include this information..

    Good question! Seems like user type and division are fields that would naturally belong in the User engagement report, but aren't currently included for whatever reason. Hope to see Qualtrics address this.

      Hi there, this information can be accessed by going to Admin --> Reports --> License Usage. At the bottom of this page, in the 'Usage Details' section, change the dropdowns to the below and then Export:

      • Report on: Users

      • Group by: None

      • Date range: All
