I searched in other posts and the one that has the most interactions is this one but the QSF from the best answer is not there anymore, so I found no clear solution for this issue. Hello!We’re making a distribution via whatsapp and we want the responents to take the survey as many times as they want. But I see no option within the whatsapp distribution to do so. I know that this is possible for email distributions from the Advanced Options Setting the Link Type as Multiple Completes, but I don’t see the same option when I’m setting the WhatsApp distribution. Also, I have the “Prevent multiple submissions” turned off, but that only applies for anonymous links.Is there another option for this? Thanks!
Hello everyone!We’re making a process where we have the query string option to pre select an option in the survey with the variable Q_PopulateResponse.Here an example: “&Q_PopulateResponse={"QID1":"2"}”.The thing is that when we use this option, the autoadvanse option from look & feel doesn’t work. Is there a way to force the autoadvance option with JS? In the use cases where we use this option (maybe 20% of the total public of this survey) we actually only display 1 question. So the idea is that the experience feels kind of seamless for the user in those scenarios and not force them to clic on finish to send the 1 question survey… Thank you in advance!
Hello everyone!I need a solution to a new experience we are creating for our Email surveys. We are going to send the link in the response from our Customer Service team so we can send only one mail instead of 2. So we won’t be using the Qualtrics’ mailer. The HTML we are going to use will ask the first question within the email body, so we are seeking a similar behavior as the one native from Qualtrics with the embedded questions in emails. The question is a Yes/No question. So when the user clicks wether on Yes or No, I need the survey to open in the browser and the option to be pre-selected in that first question. Is this possible?We are thinking on including the response in the URL and then executing some JavaScript. So the action in both buttons would be something like link?response={value} and then with JS preselect the option in the survey. Would this be the best option? how should the JS look like? Or is there another best option?Thanks in advance!
Hello!We have a 1-5 scale in a CES question and we would like it to have the 5 on the top for mobile and the 5 to the right in desktop. For example, if we use the 1-5 order, we have the right view in desktop (1 to the left and 5 to the right) but not in mobile. Is it possible to define the order based on the device type? Thanks!
Hello guys!We have a case where we want to delay the execution of a task within a workflow for one hour. This is because when the customer service case (within out CRM) get's closed, it automatically sends out the information to the Qualtrics' workflow (A Json Event) to send out the survey with an XM Directory Task. But if we send the response to the case (CRM) and the survey (Qualtrics) at the same time, it's possible that the user sees the survey invitation before seing the response to their case. Also, we have had some cases where the survey arrives first than the response to the case. For that, we want to use a code task to delay the execution of the survey distribution. But we haven't been able to do so. the most logic way of doing thos would be the setTimeout() function in JS. Hello!We are trying to change the color of the stars on the slider questions. We know that there is no a function that allows that, but we are trying to do so with custom CSS but for some reason when we change the URL in Chrome DevTools it works perfeclty: But for some reason when we apply the CSS to the Survey Look & Feel, it blocks the edited stars: The CSS code looks like this: .Skin .STAR .StarsContainer, .Skin .STAR .StarsContainer .Filled, .Skin .STAR .StarsEventWatcher { height: 26px; background: transparent url(HERE THE URL) 0 0;}Is it a way of making this work? or maybe another way of changing the color of the stars or maybe the stars for another symbol? We created a level-based hierarchy without assigning managers and it would be great if it's possible to edit the hierarchy and assign the managers. Or is there another possibility other than create a new hierarchy?Thanks!
Hello!We would like to have one loop inside another loop. For example I have one loop with questions about the x persons of a family. So I create the loop and everything works fine! But let's say I want also to ask each person about their n favorites books, so one person could talk about 1 book and another about 5 books. But I still need to be within the first loop so when I finish the questions about the books y can ask them any other things before finishing the main loop and continue with the next person. It would be great if we could make this work. Thanks!
Hi everyone! I have a survey and in the distribution message I put the Opt-out link. But as we want to know the reason for the opt-out decision, that opt-out link redirects to another survey asking the reason (through a HTML line that calls the opt-out survey with its survey ID). In that new opt-out survey, I created a contact list trigger that unsubscribe that member from the list when any of the options of that question is shown. First time that worked so well, but when we changed the contact list for a real one (The test were with a fake contact list), this didn't worked that well. When the respondent send the answer for the opt-out survey, what happens is that a new contact is created in the selected contact list but without information in any field, and effectively with the status as "opted-out". Also, the person who asked to opt-out, continue with opted-in in status. I think this happens because the HTML line that redirects to the opt-out survey is not capturing the contact Ema
Hi everyone, I need to graph a NPS questions separated by ranks. I mean, I have X quantity of stores and I have the NPS for each one, but I want to see the quantity of stores for each rank (<60, 61 - 74, >75) I don't know if maybe with a custom metric it could be done. Thanks!
