Hi @Super_Recognisers ,So it is a bit complicated here, lets assume you want the survey to be recorded after 30 mins have passed since the last update. Where the survey is still on the browser and say it has been 30 mins since last activity : In this case as the browser is open we can navigate to the end of the survey. Where the survey is no longer on the browser and it has been 30 mins since last activity : As the JS code runs on the browser only when the survey is on the browse. In case someone closes the survey tab then we don’t have any way in the survey to close the survey.Hope this helps
Hi @ccosart , you are correct jQuery no longer works in simple layout as of now.but as @ArunDubey pointed out you can call jQuery library it in header.

Hi @Mannila, To start, yes you could create a JS code which can hide the options. But the code will be very specific to your question so someone would probably need to access the question to create a code for the same. In case you don’t have any compulsion on using this question type, it would be better w.r.t. user experience that you break each statement to a separate question on separate page and the questions you want to ask if respondent says yes can be added with in page - display logic. When you have so many options congested on a single page it is not very intuitive for a respondent who has seen the survey first time. By asking one question at a time the respondent doesn’t feel overwhelmed.

Hi @neilpw , As ManfredBM replied, you could use the code in the last question. The other option might be to use the Modern Layout in the Qualtrics Look and Feel > Layout section but beware this will change the next button size on all pages and also the look of all the questions as well.
I love that Qualtrics is still evolving with new features and possibilities also how intutive it is most of the time.

Hi Rod_Pestell ,So i can help you with response Update API how that works.Every Survey response has a unique response ID. So Update Response API allows you to update a response's embedded data's. Please note though it updates 1 response at a time. If you want to update multiple responses you need to write some code or use some program to run the API in loop to update multiple responses from a data file.

Hi ben_1193 ,So we could add workflow to send email summary in email task. But the only issue is that would happen be after the survey has completed.if you want respondents to choose if they want a summary then we can do that with question and have condition in workflow.I don't think there is other in the box options in Qualtrics through which you can get a summary.
Hi Mark, The operation seems to be correct. Only thing i can imagine due to which it might not be working is that the position of the block might be before the score is calculated.
so you want to actually hand particpant a coin and use survey for recording heads and tails ?Or do you want the survey to show respondents to press a button(saying flip a coin) and then show them either heads or tails randomly and record it?
Hi mbrown,So the response for Q16(i.e.constant sum questions) is saved after the response is submitted. and the code runs as the response is being saved so the piped text answers won't work.you will need to get the value from text box directly
Hi BenjaminL ,If you had sent the survey invites using individual links, and if survey links are not expired then the best method will be to use the links we get when we download the distribution as this links will record the previous progress and only new questions would be required to be asked.Ideally you should not get Error Network page, please check with Qualtrics Support team as this is not ideal behaviorIf you have used individual links and if the survey links are expired then it would be great if you could use the retake link, so that previous responses won't be asked again.

Hi Psarma,There is no expiry for retake links.This is because retake links could be took anytime after a response has been recorded. And there is no setting which will expire these links.
