Display logic for embedded date not working

How to display change in score - Month vs Month

Hi, I think you will need to use Top Box instead of average metric.For the 2nd and 3rd column, you can apply the filter on the 2nd and 3rd metric in the same way but for the filtered date should be June and May respectively.For the last column, you will need to create a custom metric in the Mapping page as below:I hope this helps

Can you please re-share? Based on the query you sent, if you are looking to have yearly,current-1,current month score, you can use a TableChart with 3 average metrics of CES score.The first metric can have a filter of “End Date” as yearlyThe 2nd and 3rd metric can have a separate filters as below: Please share more details in case you are looking for something else and I have misunderstood.

How can I get EmbeddedData in

If you are pulling anything from contact list, it won’t be pulled in preview mode as the preview is not attached to any contact list respondent.You can alternatively assign a value to ExternalDataReference embedded data in the survey flow while previewing and then make sure to remove it once preview is done.Try to hardcode the value to the embedded data in survey flow and then it should pick up the value.

2 columns of statements in a multiple choice question

Hi @MikeW , You can create a normal multiple choice question and then group the choices into different groups.For the tabular layout, you can edit each option with Rich content editor and add a table with 2 columns and 1 row which would allow you to have similar layout. You might have to try few theme layout options to see which one is the best

TopicID generation for JSON Topics file for Text iQ

Hi @AnnaHar , I think you can try to create the topic without topic ID when the operation as insert/insert_topic.Can you try it once?    {      "operation": "insert_topic",    "topic": {        "label": “food",        "query": “burger OR pizza OR sandwich”      }    } If the above does not work, try adding topic id keeping it empty. I think provide the topic id is required while updating/deleting the topic.

That’s great!Adding a query only with “Not XYZ” included every comment that did not have XYZ in it. Hence it assigned all comments with these topics.

Hi @StinaSaunders , To export the data, you can navigate to Data and Analysis tab, and then click on export. Lets say you have the data source in below format:You need to convert it to below format: Once this is done, you can then create a new survey with Q1, Q2, Q3, Brand and import the data there.

Hi @AnnaHar , Can you try the below:from the first topic remove “not dancing”from the second, remove “ not well behave”and from third, remove “not public” Can you update the topics and let me know how it goes?

Adding piped text to CX Dashboard

Hi @JohannesCE, Dashboard does not support piped text, but you can create breakdown bars which would show the final selection based on the filters that you apply. For eg: Create 6 breakdown bars for the 6 ED fields that you have. Once you apply the correct filters it will show you the correct data that is captured.Though it’s not ideal, but that’s a workaround.

how to remove empty categories from visualisations?

Hi @pmBristol , what is the breakdown you have added? it’s response type vs? What do the individual bar colors represent?   my bad, I should have explained! The coloured bar represent each one of the possible answers from a multiple choice question.  Perfect, in this case, you can use the above solution I mentioned: Check Solution
