I would like to create a workflow that will result in an export of all the data in a survey to Excel each night. I don’t see a way to get a full export and not just new additions. So to recap - I want to create a workflow that will result in the full survey data being exported from Qualtrics into an Excel file each night. Currently I am manually doing this and then adding to an Azure database.

Instead of using workflow you can use “Results” tab in the project to export the data . Just need to add record widget in the result and then you can setup the email dashboard functionality if it is enabled in your account.

You can use the Data Export Automation that will export a file daily on an SFTP.
Thank you everyone - we tried these options but find that it only exports the new completes...not the full database. We actually want the new completes and the edited surveys that were updated using the retake link. We would settle with an export of the complete database. Any other suggestions?
