Try copying to word/notepad, make the updates and pasting it back in. Just be mindful of the pipes.
I would recommend filing a support ticket on this.

I was really excited to see Brene Brown at X4, and had bought her book Dare to Lead back in January to learn more about her. Hearing her speak at the work differently summit reminded me that she had referenced Daring Greatly in her Date to Lead book- so I went on line to my local Indy bookseller and with in a couple days it was in my mailbox! While reading Daring Greatly, I realized that I had read the books in reverse- and I really should have started with Daring Greatly before going on to Dare to Lead. There were a lot more fundamental explanations that would have been nice to have. I enjoyed both books either way, and got a lot of value from them. I give them both a 10 - as I don't count user error against the book.

Can you make a calculated field that has the rank?
Can you add a new field to the contact list, then have 4 surveys - each picking up a new field?
Can you create the embedded field as the first widget in your report instead of sending via piped text?

The lower left hand corner of the screen should have a 'Create or Clean Variable' option. I believe this can accomplish what you are looking for.

Right click on 'None of the above' and select 'Make Answer Exclusive'
Do you have many years of historical data? Do you need all of these years? I would suggest removing some of the historical data from the system, or having it in a separate dashboard to minimize the amount the calculations have to work through.
You can do this easily in a Dashboard, vs. trying to do in results.
Do you have SurveyPeriod in two different tables?

This option is listed as a Label under the matrix question type.
You can use your list of respondents from the first survey as your distribution for the second survey.
I'd recommend simplifying the question to only require one response- the response of what the lowest/highest they would consider.

Are you trying to export the notes of the actions taken? I don't believe the feature has been created yet. It would be great to have on the Product ideas section if not already there. If you need details from the original survey, a dashboard would be able to help.
