How do you embedded Qualtrics survey into campaign monitor email

We would like to use our campaign monitor to send out Qualtrics survey.  How can we embedded survey question into the message?

Ideas to create a appointment for every 10 mins for each day of the month

I was asked to create a sign up form that a department can use and they want it to be simple to use.  The only way I could think of is to create a choice for each day with 10 mins part but that is lot of work to do all the choices and then to set quota of one for each choice.  Is there a better way of doing it?  But we need to make sure it is easy reporting so they know who is coming every 10 mins.  And if they ask for the calendar reminders than that would be lot manual work also for each day.

I need custom validation to make sure the survey taker can only chose one option per statement

This is the setup that I was trying to create….I am using side by side question type and put a table in the statement part to get the two statement and or to show pretty close to the setup.  Now for the part where they can only check one option is the problem now.  Can someone help me with the validation code?  I am using side by side question type to make sure that the survey will be accessible since the brand has the inaccessible questions turned off.

I would like to hear policies and how you control the use of Save and Continue option. I have heard about a case because of the use of the option so I wanted to know how everyone hands their brand with the option.

Connection with grouper and Peoplessoft

I have department wants to create a form that will keep everything up to date and automatic when there are changes. The department form is for software in labs so they need to have the labs update every time there a new lab so that would come from peoplesoft. They also was wonder also if there is a way to send software.exe using upload or secure link? They were also wondering if there is a way to authenticate using Grouper that would have the list of people that should be the only ones allowed filling out the form. Another question if there is a way to connect peoplesoft for the list of rooms would there be able to do filters or do workflows?

Users having problems with logins

We are having problems with users that when they are not on campus or their offices then cannot login to their Qualtrics accounts or respond to any Qualtrics surveys. They are getting DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN message. They have cleared their cookies/cache, tried all the browsers and get the same error message. The same user will be able to login to their accounts when they are on campus/office.We even had non Qualtrics users having problems answer surveys also they get the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. It seems to be hit and miss error messages.Anyone know how to fix this problem?

API for connecting Qualtrics to google calendar

How to extract email addresses from a survey, import them into Google Calendar, and have Calendar send them an invite to their calendar. Is it possible to add to the calendar each time someone fills out the registration? I heard that API is what I need but have no clue how to create a API for this and we would need to use it for multi events coming up next week.

Does adding Google Calendar to the qualtrics survey send the people .ics file?

I would like to make sure that adding the Google Calendar to the survey sends add to calendar option. I also need to have the event on the google calendar before anyone signs up using the qualtrics survey. So do I need to create a panel for each event or can I pipe the email addresses from the survey to the calendar? Can I create the event on google before someone signs up?For the time being I have workflow setup to send the thank you for signing up and have a file for the calendar so they can add but we were thinking if we use the google calendar we can edit the event or cancel and it will send the information all at once thru google.

Working on a fair registration but the results are almost useless because of the use loop and merge

The survey works great for the input information but the results are bad when you want the information to check off the people and the animals. What this person wants in excel is the reg name beside every animal that they are bringing and have the listing by Species and Class. All the Species have questions that were done using loop and merge so they are listed in 4 or 5 columns which we need to be in one column. Can you add embedded data to contact list?

I would like to add embedded data that will say the survey deadline. We use the API to create the panel, and the send the invite and remembers. The message is used for all the surveys that is uploaded into the API app. So I would like the deadline to be piped into the message since every survey deadline is different.If API will not work any other way to get the deadline to show up in the message since they are different?

Am working from a PHP code that I would like to figure out how do the code in Qualtrics actions

The PHP code had department chairs and deans for departments that is listed in the Qualtrics survey. I would like to create actions that would put the names of the chairs and deans into a email for their approval. I was half was thru the script creating actions but I was putting the names right into the email by hand but then I scrolled past the where I was and then I saw the names for the deans that need to be into the email. Is there a way we can use embedded data for the deans, chairs, directors? So when they pick a department all the names will show up in the email for approval in actions.

How to get select one in a dropdown list

How can I get it to say select One without using one of the choices? I would like it to be in the blank spot so they would have scroll down. Also how can I get the report that is emailed to use after they fill it out we spell out the departments for them but we would like only the three letters that stand for that department for us.

How do you test the default question non editable and not show up in the report?

I am trying to create bipolar using side by side question type since we have the non accessible question types turned off. The side by side option I was told was accessible but I want to make sure that the default question that I put in the question could not be changed by the survey taker and I don't want them to show up on the report to match the bipolar reporting. !

Would like to know how your Univ/Campus/Company handle the non-accessible questions

We have a policy for our non-accessible questions to be turn off but if they need to the non-accessible questions that do not have a workaround then they have to fill out a form asking the settings to be turn on. Since the Matrix was turned off in December there is now more push back to have them turn back on. If you have the non-accessible questions turn on how do your company protect your Univ/Campus/Company from being sued? We are to follow the section 508.

I want to pipe scoring in a question

I want to pipe scoring in a question but the piping option is no longer an option. Some of the scoring would need to be divided by a number. I wanted to put it in a question so we make sure it is in the report.
