Ideas to create a appointment for every 10 mins for each day of the month

I was asked to create a sign up form that a department can use and they want it to be simple to use.  The only way I could think of is to create a choice for each day with 10 mins part but that is lot of work to do all the choices and then to set quota of one for each choice.  Is there a better way of doing it?  But we need to make sure it is easy reporting so they know who is coming every 10 mins.  And if they ask for the calendar reminders than that would be lot manual work also for each day.
