Connection with grouper and Peoplessoft

I have department wants to create a form that will keep everything up to date and automatic when there are changes. The department form is for software in labs so they need to have the labs update every time there a new lab so that would come from peoplesoft. They also was wonder also if there is a way to send software.exe using upload or secure link? They were also wondering if there is a way to authenticate using Grouper that would have the list of people that should be the only ones allowed filling out the form.
 
Another question if there is a way to connect peoplesoft for the list of rooms would there be able to do filters or do workflows?

We have authenticator in survey flow but that will accept data from directory. So yes you have to work with your developers to get directory linked with external tool like workday, peoplesoft. Than using directory you can authenticate.

You have to provide developers with directory update API
