I'm trying to use a screen capture question, but it appears inconsistently. On some intercepts, it works, but on others, it just appears as a file upload question. What is required for the file upload question to appear as a screen capture instead?

Then I take a screenshot and upload it into Qualtrics as my creative. However, this method leaves the image kind of fuzzy. Is there a better way for me to get pictures and buttons into a creative?
