Inconsistent behavior of screen capture question

I'm trying to use a screen capture question, but it appears inconsistently. On some intercepts, it works, but on others, it just appears as a file upload question. What is required for the file upload question to appear as a screen capture instead?

How to give a "Don't Know" option?

I have a text entry question but want to give the respondents the option to select "Don't Know" instead of filling it out. I don't see a way to do this in the question options at all - any suggestions?

How can I test my intercept?

I want to test my intercept on my website, but I don't have access to the source code and the request made to my developers will likely take several weeks to add the zone code to my page. Is there another way I can test my intercept?

Building Creatives with Images

Currently I create my creatives by inserting images into Powerpoint and making my Powerpoint slide look like how I want the creative to show up. Then I take a screenshot and upload it into Qualtrics as my creative. However, this method leaves the image kind of fuzzy. Is there a better way for me to get pictures and buttons into a creative?

Inline email questions - don't open a new tab

I'm using the inline email question for a one question survey. Right now, when someone clicks an option, Qualtrics opens up a new tab and forces them to confirm their answer and hit the next button. Is there any way to automatically record their answer and show them the end of survey message instead?
