Can you provide an option for people to write comments on individual questions where the answers are multi-choice? This would be to generate feedback on the questions or perhaps capture interesting responses not captured in the multiple choice list.

Hey @VCIXE! As @bansalpeeyush29 previously mentioned, you can add a text entry box next to one of your multiple choice answers. I would recommend this great support page for more information about how to set this up.

    You can add text entry box for any choice of question , like other (specify)
