Hello mklubeck thankyou for your response but the issue is that it isn't a flat file it consists of 1000's of records already and changing it to such a file would be a task, but I would like to understand the workaround to your method if we can meet on a zoom call ? Also will this method show all the information at once or it would run in a loop because I want them to show all information and then give them a chance to select which they want to update below is the table I would like the information in that manner if that's possible.
Thankyou for response I understood your method so I think zoom won't be needed. Also there are approx 200 companies with around 50 employees each , regarding the company id I am sending them individual links so that would be better to like find and sort from the list.

Unfortunately, for 0 responses qualtrics doesn't show a bar which automatically means that there were no responses for that particular option.You can always consider adding it as a product feature request.

Hello,You can include 3 breathers with 4 randomizers, what I mean here is :**Presuming that you are including 100 blocks after each randomizerWorkaround: A set of 25 blocks in each randomizer and then a breather so it wouldn't repeat in the randomizers below.QQQQ(25 blocks only below the randomizer)..breather1...Seperate1 25 blocks randomizer.. breather2..Seperate2 (25 blocks randomizer).. breather3..(Seperate4 25 blocks randomizer)With evenly present elements checked. This should solve your issue of blocks being shown again.

Hello Alea ,I would like to mention two things here;As mentioned in this support page "Qualtrics doesn’t save empty responses, so if a participant hasn’t answered any questions and their response is closed, it will be deleted instead of saved in Recorded Responses. Likewise, if a one-page survey is started and not completed by a respondent but is then closed either manually or by the incomplete response deadline, their response will be deleted (since no progress was saved). Be sure to add page breaks in your survey to ensure the respondent’s progress is periodically saved." Kindly check if you have page breaks in your survey.Kindly publish any changes you make in survey options so that they can be reflected in live responses. I am seeing that you haven't so wanted to mention.Hope this helps!!
Hello JustChappell ,I understand a perfect world of bi-directional API would be great but alas!Hence, wanted to suggest if you could have a segment created based on the filters something as shown below. This would segment the customers and list all of the one's suppressed (if I am understanding your use case correctly). Also, post this you can use this API call to get the segment contacts. Hopefully this can lessen your burden!
Hello Em_K It seems you are getting confused between two different embedded data fields as both stores value differently.Survey flow embedded data- the one you have linked the support page as well for. You can include embedded data within survey flow upto 20KB . XM Directory Embedded data- Support page - you can only have "Embedded data names have a maximum of 200 characters. Values should be a maximum of 1024 characters each.".Also, as per migration over to XM Directory, there is a new limit introduced as well.

Hello dickinsonca I believe the custom code could be a route to take here as mentioned by grahulp5. On other thoughts what if you show the survey on the website itself by using website feedback project. In this way they can toggle between website and survey at the same time. Hope this workaround helps!

You can auto advance all the respondents by using the following code and not by Qualtrics auto advance feature but it should only be true for all the others except the specific respondent id. Hello ScottCBIZ ,Qualtrics doesn't capture it OOTB for the anonymous links but a separate analytics tool should be able to help you with that e.g. Google Analytics. Also, you would be able to integrate and push data back as well from the same analytics tool if that's what is needed.
The reason why you are seeing clicks and 0 surveys started is because, for anonymous links until and unless the respondent clicks on NEXT button Qualtrics doesn't record a partial submission. Hence, no response in progress are visible.Have a look at this page for reference. Also, have a look at this page for a similar discussion.
ScottCBIZ ,A hidden metadata question on a single page would only work when you have a question below it. My recommendation would be to include a blank text/graphic question with an auto advance instead of a metadata question.Hope this helps!
Hello banderson,You can follow the following steps and it should do the jobCreate a update XM Directory workflow where you push the response ID back to XM directory and update the contact.Create a survey flow branch logic to say if response id is not empty include an end of survey and redirect them to this link. Here, you can create the link in this manner https://{OrgID}.{datacenterID}.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/{SurveyID}?Q_R={Response_ID}Once done, please check this box of do not record survey response which would ensure no additional responses come in when you redirect the respondents.

Hi Rod_Pestell,Yes, you are correct unfortunately you wouldn't be able to control opt out from lists through segments, it is directory level. In this case I think a two step API should do the job. Where you can use get method of this API for listing all opt outs from a mailing list and subsequently post method of this API to create that contact in a new mailing list. You can use an external tool of triggering the API as required. Hope this helps!
