I have been trying to make an SFTP connection and followed all the steps. But at the end the automation is not working and files are not importing from the server to directories. Any leads?

This issue occurs in two situations:
- There isn't a file uploaded on the SFTP folder for qualtrics to pull
- The folder path mentioned in qualtrics automation setup is incorrect
Kindly check both, hope this helps!
